NBA Comparison: Bryon Russell Strengths: Excellent athlete. Silky shot. Great hops. Has a flare for the dramatic as seen with his dunk over Ken Johnson. Showed great leadership leading the team to a strong start with Cleaves out early. Weaknesses: Must improve his ball handling skills to play the 2. Ballhandling and passing need improvement. (Better shooter but less handles then Maggette.)

Craig Claxton

NBA Comparison: Kenny Smith Strengths: He isn’t knicknamed "Speedy" for nothing. Great scorer and leader. Very good athleticism. Has good range and looks to take over in crunchtime. Weaknesses: Undersized. Taller points will be able to pass over him. Will get muscled and banged around some due to his lack of strength.

NBA Comparison: Paul Pierce Strengths: Strong Character. Super rebounder. Has a knack for crashing the glass. Good defender. Great strength. Very good athlete. Perimeter game is showing improvement. Will be a solid pro at the least. Weaknesses: Ball handling, passing and outside J all need to improve.

NBA Comparison: Michael FinleyStrengths: Very good athlete. Can sky. Good strength. Can play some 3 as well as 2. Entire game improved tremendously as a senior. Showed a nice shooting touch. Has a flare for the dramatic. AllyOop Wizard. Very good character. Weaknesses: Not great at creating with the ball. Ball handling and passing are good but could improve.

NBA Comparison: Vlade Divac Strengths: Competitive big man with good shooting range. Prefers playing on the perimeter. Crafty rebounder and scorer. Has good post moves. Good intensity. Weaknesses: Has good size but needs to get stronger. Average running the floor. Not ultra quick.

NBA Comparison: Mo Cheeks Strengths: Consumate leader/floor general. A winner. Plays for one thing- winning it all. Great strength, toughness. Great point skills. Hits shots when it counts. Weaknesses: Has had some off the court distractions but nothing drastic. Ugly shot, needs to work on mechanics.

NBA Comparison: Allan Houston Strengths: A scorer. Can stroke it from outside and has a great first step. Smart ballplayer. Should come in and contribute immediately, challenge for ROY. Has experience. Good passer. Very fast in the open floor. Exciting player. Very good size and strength. Ended Tark’s Tournament drought. Weaknesses: Defense is good not great. Forces things at times. Ball handling is good but needs improvement.

Etan Thomas

NBA Comparison: Antonio Davis Strengths: Perfect size and demeanor to be a pro power forward. Intimidator. Hard nosed rebounder. Great shot blocker. Good post player on both ends of the floor. If he gets the ball in low he’s very hard to stop. Great strength and good quickness. Weaknesses: Limited range. Offensive game needs the most work. Still needs better footwork and better post moves.

Jerome Moiso

NBA Comparison: Kevin Garnett Strengths: Super agility and offensive touch. Borderline freak. Very quick hands, is adept at rebound putbacks and has a great touch out to 18 feet. Great leaping ability. Potential is very high. Can create shots for teammates, a good passer. Post game is good. Weaknesses: Shys away from contact. Like Garnett athletically but not nearly the player yet. Not great at taking a smaller man off the dribble. Unconsistent at times.

Keyon Dooling

NBA Comparison: Steve Francis Strengths: Super athlete. Very good size for the point position. Great competitor. Can dazzle with high flying dunks. Has a good stroke from outside. Consistently plays hard. Cerebral player. Has a chance to be a special player. Weaknesses: Not a "pure" point. Prefers scoring. Needs to show he’s got the ability to control the tempo of a game and get all his teammates involved. Can get out of control. Must be more selfish. He’s the man.

NBA Comparison: Luc Longley Strengths: Great center body. Good athleticism. Very nice touch around the basket. Good shot blocker. Decent post game knowlegde. Weaknesses: Must prove that lack of discipline in the classroom is not exemplary of his work habits. Desire? Needs to trim down some. Very raw at 20, and has alot of post skills to develop.     Stats:

NBA Comparison: Ron Harper Strengths: Very good run/jump athlete. Can handle the ball very well and played point at times for the Wolverines. Has great quickness, good offensive skills. Great first step and explosiveness. Weaknesses: Very underdeveloped body. Could use another year in school to mature physically and mentally. Must get better defensively.     Stats:

Chris Mihm

NBA Comparison: Brad Daugherty Strengths: Very good offensive game, can score in many ways on the block. Good medium range shooter. 7 footers with his agility are rare. Potential is very good. Weaknesses: Doesn’t always rise to the occasion. Lacks great quickness. Needs to show more emotion, aggresiveness. Not a great athlete but a very good one.

DerMarr Johnson

NBA Comparison: Scottie Pippen Strengths: Very good athlete, can shoot with super range. DerMarr Johnson has abilities almost never found in a 6-9 player. His offensive potential is limitless. DerMarr has one of the silkiest touches from outside, combine that with great handles and super athleticism and you have a special talent. DerMarr can play the 1,2, or 3 positions and is a very good passer.

Mike Miller

NBA Comparison: Lamar Odom Strengths: A small forward who can shoot, pass, and dribble. His dribbling skills are phenomenal for a 6-8 player. A good athlete, Mike showed the ability to shine in crunchtime with his last second drive against Butler when he hit the game winning shot with 3 tenths of a second on the clock. His patience and composure in the situation were amazing for just a sophomore. He has great intangables, good leaping ability, and a very good outside shot. Very cerebral and creative player.

Marcus Fizer

NBA Comparison: Charles Barkley Strengths: Super strong and athletic. Mentally tough. Great competitor. Can score both in the post or on the perimeter. Has very good ball handling skills. Versatility will allow him to play some small forward. His strength, positioning, and leaping ability will help overcome heigh disadvantages for rebounds. Excells in half court or open court despite lack of speed. Has good quickness. A winner.
