Jeremy Evans

Strengths: An energy player with an extremely long wingspan and high level athleticism … He is a very quick and explosive leaper and he will try to dunk everything in the vicinity of the basket … Runs the floor hard, has long strides and is able to cover a lot of ground very fast … Is terrific at catching lob passes and finishing strong, shows great timing and has the ability to grab balls that are thrown way out of his area … He is an aggressive finisher and he looks to convert overtop of defenders and against contact …

Josh Smith

Smith is quite simply a freak of nature. There are few that have the NBA skills that he naturally possesses at this moment. Smith is a “run and jump” type of player. He really improved his game over the summer of 2002. At the adidas ABCD camp, he made the coveted top 20 participants list.

Al Jefferson

NBA Comparison: N/A Jefferson has a future in the NBA. Unlike most players that are bigger than the competition, Jefferson works hard at getting position instead of standing around in the paint hoping for the ball. He is very confident in his offensive skills. He has nice footwork, soft hands and uses the glass well. It’s pretty rare to see a post player take on the role as the vocal leader. Jefferson isn’t afraid of shouldering that responsibility. He is an intelligent player and helps his teammates understand their individual roles on the team.

Andris Biedrins

One of the most promising big men prospects in Europe. Good defender, has size and wingspan as well as good timing in blocking (2nd in bpg in Latvia) and boarding. Not that polished yet on the offensive end, but scores consistently with both the drop-step and the turn-around jumper out to 10 feet.
