  1. Mason-Griffin and more.
Not sure what Mason-Griffin is thinking. I see International basketball for him if he declares now.

Manny Harris needs to go back for one more year when he will be a lock for the 1st round.

  2. Paul George & D Jones 1st
Paul George & D Jones 1st Round but Landesberg & Manny Harris undrafted?  I’m not buying that.  I would rather have Landesberg & Harris on my NBA team than George & Jones.

  3. tommy mason-griffen is crazy
tommy mason-griffen is crazy for thinking that he’ll get drafted after coming off the type of season he’s had. it was pretty much down hill from the start and i kind of feel bad for the kid because its more then likely that theres people in his ear telling him to go. Not a good look

  4. gatorheels, george and jones
gatorheels, george and jones both can score with the ball in their hands. george is a very good shooter which is the second most likely skill to translate to the pros (rebounding is 1st). Jones reminds me a lot of d wade, not saying he will be that good but he drives, gets fouled, and has a good mid range game.

  5. I don’t think Tommy Mason
I don’t think Tommy Mason Griffin declared for the draft with the intention of realistically getting drafted in the first round (or even second round for that matter). It seems like he just didn’t wanna be in college no more and just wanted to get outta of Oklahoma or just start getting paid professionally to play ball. Most like he’ll go out to Europe and play there. Most likely not in the higher divisions over there tho, he seems a lil too ball dominate and i’m not quite sure his game completely translates over there yet. He had a very good freshman year tho, and put up impressive #’s in big 12 play especially, and improved his number in big 12 games.

  6. The feedback they have

The feedback they have received about Sylven Landesberg’s professional prospects is "very optimistic." Steve said they’ve spoken to people "in the know" who said he’s "definitely a professional player" and could fall in the late first round or second round of the NBA draft.

Landesberg is only 19!  He averaged 17 points, 5 rebounds, & 3 assists in the ACC.  Look at the talent that was surrounding him. He had zero help.

How good was Fresno St. again? What type of competition did they play against? Can Paul George really create his own shot? We will see in a few years who turns out to be the better pro players. I stand by my original comments.

shangrila- It is called an opinion not exaggeration. Thanks for your intelligent analysis though. You probably haven’t even seen any of those guys play. You’re just brainwashed by a mock draft. Figures

  7. You would think with two
You would think with two guys who are highly thought of as prospects for the nba like paul george and greg smith (not to mention Sylvester Seay who transferred from Ariz St, even though he isn’t so highly thought of) are, Fresno would be able to win more games than they did especially in a conference like the WAC, which doesn’t boast to many nba level prospects. And its not like they played a Gonzaga like non conference schedule. I’d like to see these guys who come outta conferences like that to lead their team to victories and get them to the tourney, prove that you’re a winner. To a lesser extent also, the same goes for the Nevada prospects, Babbit and Johnson, even though they didn’t declare yet. For them to lose some of the games they lost were disappointing. Especially the Conference tournament semi’s on their home court to New Mex st. I wanna see those kinda guys win and dominate that conference.

  8. Manny Harris
Do you really believe that Manny Harris will go undrafted? Look what he’s done in the BIG-10 compared to what someone has done in a conference like the WAC or something of that matter.

  9. I would draft Landesberg
I would draft Landesberg with a middle to late round first pick. Only shooting guard I like over him is James Anderson. Guys like Willie Warren, Xavier Henry are good but i would prefer Landesberg. I hear not a lot of upside which may be true but is really skilled and has that New York City Swag to his game

  10. If that is everybody’s
If that is everybody’s logic…then why is Hassan Whiteside even a 1st round prospect? What has he done? He plays in Conference USA…and every time he played against the only NBA big man prospect in that conference he got completely dominated. Why isnt Luke Harangody a top 10 prospect…he was a stud at Notre Dame for 3 years.

Its called “upside”…and translation to the pro game. Paul George translates to the pro game better then Manny Harris. 1st off…Harris doesnt really have a position, he’s not good enough of a perimeter shooter to be a wing, but he also doesnt project well to play the point. He’s an excellent college player, but his game just doesnt translate to the NBA. George is a 6’7 wing who can shoot the 3. He’s got the length and athleticism that can last in the league. He’s not ready to be a big time impact guy yet, as he needs to grow into his body more and develop some consistency, but his game translates better than Harris. I dont think either of them should declare though.

  11. It sucks that they only have
It sucks that they only have until May 8 to gauge their draft stock. They should be allowed to take a lap around the pool, not stick their foot in it for a second and try to figure out if it’s too hot or too cold.

  12. May 8th is like a month
May 8th is like a month before the draft…They have over a month to guage their stocks. How long should they get? It doesnt take that long to get feedback from scouts on weather u should leave, or go back to school. If they have more time, its just going to bog down the draft process of teams and prospects they are looking at might go back and then a draft board is screwed. May 8th gives teams a month to work out players and weed out hte ones who arent ready and a month to work out the legit prospects and evaluate draft plans.

  13. lol
You actually have the balls to say I didn’t watch any of the players? Slick. Besides the fact that I did watch them several times, all you’re doing is looking at what he did in college. In the NBA that doesn’t count for crap. Just face it, he’s not as athletic as George, doesn’t have the potential that George has and those are the 2 things the NBA looks for.

  15. I think a rule is come soon to the public
So many of those guys are entering the draft. I know some can withdraw names but it to fishy to me to many guys are leaving before their time. I think Greg Monroe is top Three pick after the lottery.
