121 (as of now) said he won’t? can someone please tell me who’s going ahead of him?

    • It doesn’t depend
Nope, it doesn’t depend on who gets the 1st pick, because teams with top tier PGs are unlikely, and I mean very unlikely to land the 1st pick. The only team I could see ending in that range that might not draft Wall would be Minnesota because they drafted Rubio this past draft. Otherwise, i can’t see a single lottery-bound team that would skip him come next June.

  2. i think yes the next rajon
i think yes the next rajon rondo or derrick rose(who was 1st pick)

  3. I dont know who specifically…
Its subject to change, last year at this time BJ Mullens was thought to be a sure #1 pick until Blake Griffin had a huge year…

The same thing happened 2 years ago aswell… Micheal Beasley was the #1 pick for a LONG time until tourney time came and then Derrick Rose overtook him.

I just think there is tremendous pressure if you are seen as the #1 pick and I see many who could overcome wall after a huge year.

Theres a lot of young quality PG’s in the league now especially after this years influx. A lot of teams aren’t likely to be in the market. That being said, if say the Wolves (well maybe the Wolves) or Warriors end up with the first pick, they’ll likely trade with a team in need of a PG. The position is so valued right now that next years 1st is likely to be worth a ton. And unlike this year, next year looks to be a deep draft. The only reason the Clippers didn’t trade the 1 this year with the players they had was that the draft was so weak and no one else was looking like a franchise guy. I don’t see Wall having a Mullens type season and will be the guy with the most value. Only other names ringing out as competition are Ed Davis and Greg Munroe and I don’t see it with either, Davis especially.

  5. Derrick Favors has a shot to
Derrick Favors has a shot to go #1. Don’t know why people think he’s a lock to go #1.

  6. 1996 NBA Draft Allen
    1996 NBA Draft Allen Iverson
    2008 NBA Draft Derrick Rose

The first NBA Draft lottery was in 1985 and in the 24 drafts since the lottery began there has been two Point Guards taken #1 in the draft. History has proven that the #1 pick in the NBA Draft is most likely to be a Power Forward or a Center so I say Davis, Favors, Aldrich, and Monroe all not only have a chance to go #1 in next year’s draft but in reality are more likely to go #1 in the draft based simply on the fact that the NBA’s Number One pick is usually a Post Player.
