7 - Klemen Prepelic

Strengths: Prepelic is one of the most talented NBA prospects coming from Slovenia … This year in Adriatic League (league that had 4 Euroleague teams Partizan, Olimpija, Zagreb and Maccabi) he averages: 14.2ppg (49% for FG; 30% for 3FG and 83.1% from the free throw line), 3.1apg … Prepelic is a natural scorer and his game depends on accuracy; excellent shooter with NBA range … He can create shots off the dribble, has mid-range game and knows how to use it and can finish well around the rim … His mechanics and release on his shot, at the top of his elevation are terrific … Uses screens well to get open for jump shots and has the ability to create shots off the dribble, utilizing ball fakes effectively … Prepelic is a very consistent shooter; if he hits his first few shots, he will be very difficult to guard … Quick with the ball; he has improved his first step … Uses his outside shooting ability to create mid-range jumpers … Handles the ball well and shows good slashing ability … Prepelic is an excellent passer who possesses good court vision and knows how to play the game (doesn’t force anything offensively).
Weaknesses: More of a 2 than a 1 and at 6’3, he is undersized … Lacks toughness and aggressiveness in the game, both mentally and physically. Not freak athlete but certainly a quick player … Has to be more explosive off the dribble and attach the rim more.
