IF the Bulls do trade Noah, the Blazers would be an interesting spot. After losing to the Grizzlies in the playoffs, I think they could use some tweaking. I do like Robin Lopez and I like Meyers Leonard as well. But adding Noah would bring a different dynamic to that team. And the Blazers have some better pieces to offer the Bulls (just not sure how the salaries match up).

I think the Thunder should make a move a Noah. Although he’s not what he used to be, he’s tough as hell, a good defender, and a great passer for a 5. They are already deep as far as bigs go with Adams, McGary, Collison, and Ibaka so they could limit his regular season minutes to keep him healthy. His lack of offense won’t be a huge problem for them as the starting lineup is already filled with elite scorers, and that will only compliment his passing ability more. Also, I’m sure Billy D. and Noah would love a reunion. Don’t say this is a bad idea in general to trade Gasol for Noah but a sign and trade would at least be necessary and when or if Marc Gasol resigns for something around max money this whole thing might get a bit complicated, not to mention that half of the Bulls roster is going to Memphis in your scenario and I doubt that Leuer will make up for the potential loss of Taj. 

Beside that I have a lot of respect for Mike Conley but for sure he is not a first option on the offensive end on any team in the league, especially with Marc gone.

You still have a solid defensive minded center who can rebound and pass.  Then you get a top shelf big backup point guard who can pass and run the offense.  Rush can give you depth at 2 if he can get healthy.  McAdoo gives you an athlete at forward.  Then take a solid player at 30.  

The Bulls then have some solid international flair inside with Bogut, Pau, and Mirotic.  Also add Taj Gibson and McAdoo as athletic, hustle guys.  Resign Jimmy Butler then they are deep on the wing with Tony Snell, Doug McDermott, and the newly acquired Brandon Rush.  They should also look at getting RJ Hunter at 22.  Give them another shooter.  Livingston gives them a backup point guard with size.  He would also allow them to move Rose over to the 2 guard spot.

I would love to move Noah but finding a partner is going to be extremely difficult. He might offer more value as an expiring deal than he does on the court moving forward. That is probably a bit extreme but Noah hardly jumped and left the floor this entire season. That isn’t a good sign for a guy who makes a living with hustle and energy. "Heart, Hustle, and Muscle" or is that Taj Gibson? I get my Stacey King catchphrases mixed up he repeats them so much. The amazing thing he was still able to be somewhat productive despite playing bone on bone in one knee. 

A trade partner won’t be willing to give up much, and the Bulls cannot afford to bring back big salary long contracts in return.

In all honesty I would like to move both Noah and Taj for both financial and on-court basketball reasons. Taj has become an inefficient black hole on offense. He clearly isn’t pleased with never being a starter, and was a huge fan of Thibs. I heard he clearly made his displeasure known about the decision to fire Thibs during exist interviews. Moving both would make way for Marc to come play with his older brother for a title chase for a few years. Sounds fun right?
