I think this year will be dissapointing. They didn’t choose the best 3 point shooter in the league last year or this year for the 3 point contest, Morrow or Dudley would have easily won it and now we get almost no one that’s an unbelievable shooter like in years past but just decent ones ( Pierce’s shooting streak won’t last all year) Kaman over Ellis is crazy .Not only do Monta’s stats dominate Kaman’s but for those who want to knit pick at Monta’s 4 turnovers, Kaman averages 3 turnovers a game, and probably has the ball a quarter of the time Monta has the ball. Absurd pick. The West is going to get dominated in this game with 6 big men, also when was the last time someone with 26 ppg and 3rd in the league in steals AND one of the most exciting players in the game is not in the flashiest game of the year? Who really wants to watch constant post ups of Gasol, Z Bo and Kaman, also Billups (very deserving though) is not really lightning on the court either. Dont get me wrong I think Z Bo and Pau deserve it but they will be boring. NO CP3!!!!! I really love watching this guy. Also the horse shot is going to be very average, Rondo is screwed cause he can’t HIT a long shot, we have all seen Ellis’ crazy behind the back shots and it’s not like Casspi will be amazing at horse. Durant will scrape in this years horse game.

2. I don’t think you could go wrong with either one..Both of their respective teams are bad, but the Clippers aren’t quite as bad as GSW.

Monta did not get robbed, yeah he can shoot but so what. he is not doing anything to help his team. You guys want pure talent over leadership. Leadership is a better quality, and Monta does not have that, because he does not help his team win. I don’t care who you are, or how bad your team is, if you don’t have leadership qualities then you cannot help your team win, and I’m sorry to say this but you do not deserve to be an allstar. Lee and Brooks, and Westbrook got snubbed. Lee may also be on a bad team, but he is working his but off, and doing the best he can. He does have leadership qualities and cares about the team not himself like Monta. The other two, well you can figure that out just look at OKC’s and Houston’s records both could make the playoffs this year. The warriors have no chance. Had a chance at the beginning but as always they blew it. I for one am getting tired of the Monta arguement, he did not get snubbed, lead this team to the playoffs, make passes to other teammates then we can talk allstar.
Frye will win 3pt, Derozan, or Brown will win the dunk, Dwill wins skills, West wins allstar game. This year will be good, just like it always is. (personally I would love to see Durant in the Dunk contest and the allstar game, but that can’t happen unfortunately, which is why I mentioned Westbrook as being snubbed)

‘Lee may also be on a bad team, but he is working his but off, and doing the best he can.” Im interested to hear why you think Ellis, the guy who is trying his best to carry a team with D leaguers , guys who shouldn’t be in the league (George , Vlad , Mikki etc) and young guys isnt working his butt off? Your going to point out TO’s and %’s but he is doing the best HE can do with this team. He’s even putting up 40 points games and no one helps him other than Maggette and half the time Curry. Everyone else is garbage (Biedrins is OK and all Morrow does is shoot). He does pass and is wrongly labeled a ball handler. Not only has his passing improved but a lot of the time he will drive and kick to someone wide open only to see a brick. Sometimes he has to shoot so much cause no one else will, or Nellie calls his number a lot which he has said he does most of the time. Watch a guy more before seriously judging him

you really think the all star game isnt gonna be the same because of a few additions and subtractions?..or the three point contest wontbe as good?…people are still gonna watch the games will still be entertaining as well as the three point contest. the game has been full of post up guys every year. this year wont be different. youll still see high ratings and a packed house which will prove to you people will still wanna watch it. matter of fact after all youtre talk im willing to bet you will still watch it

I never said I wouldnt watch it or no one else will, I’m just saying this year will be more boring than the last couple years. I’ll watch but not as intently as years past. And some of the post guys they had back then were fun (SHAQ), ut sorry Pau, and Kaman are just not very exciting

you really think its gonna be boring?..i doubt it. with bron wade kobe howard etc i doubt it will be anywhere near boring. there have been times where alot more boring players have played thern zach and gasol. matte rof fact duncan plays every year and he’s m,r bopring. as long as everyone out there isnt duncan then the allstar game will always be entertaining and this year is no exception. not sure how much you watch rondo but hes far from boring. his handles are very very nice and he has many show boat passes as well as the ability to dubnk on people. im sure most dopnt even remeber half the things chris paul has done in the past all star games

like a spurs game…yeah youre reallllly underrating the game…my poiunt about chris paul is he was there last year and i bet most people cant remember a thing he did. this will still be entertaining. a cavs and miami game is entertaining now you have the stars from both in the same game. maybe you wont be as entertained but im sure many others will just like every year

2. its alot of people that shouldnt be there such as Kaman, David Lee can entertain us better then Kaman, and ZBO..of all the players on the Clippers..why not Camby?

3.Morrow is deadly from 3 but Dudley is very competitive..they should sit Dequan Cook out of lack of production with current team.

4. its going to be exciting people!!! in Cowboys Stadium with 100,000 people watching ….come on..This is why i do not like Lebron James..he thinks he is so much better then the greats of the past…Jordan, Bryant, Dr. J, Dominique, they all showcased the natural ability to compete using there athletism and won, Lebron has the same if not more athletism and he doesnt want to compete???? I smell fear! how can he call out Vince and Kobe when he is not in there class..they have won the event…he is too scared to compete.

Morrow should have been on it… no doubt… He deserves to be there in the festivities… Yet, since he’s not there, I pick Stephen Curry to take the 2010 3 Point Shootout…

As for Kaman being picked as a reserve for B Roy, I have no problem whatsoever with him… He is byfar the most consistent Clipper this year and to have him get an All-Star nod is a great way of appreciating his efforts… Monta Ellis does get a consideration in the talks because of his wonders with the GSW but I felt Kaman deserves it… It’s a tough choice to make in my opinion…

2010 DALLAS at COWBOYS Stadium… A great place to be… what more could you ask for??? I think it’s going to be exciting… Just don’t get too excited because it could also lead to disappointments… Still, a chance to see LBJ, DWade, DRose, Dwight all in one team… come on…
