    Moultrie was an eye popper for me. He may drop out of the lottery, but falling to 28 doesn’t seem realistic. Looks like a good mock though, a lot of picks similar to mine.

    Players slip every year, and he could be that guy. I dont think Moultrie is a lottery pick.. at all.
