A lot of mocks have him falling to Indy. I, for one, love that notion because I feel Granger needs another star-caliber player. I know Jennings doesn’t help them defensively but no one person in this draft will make a team defensive-minded. I could see Granger and Jennings as the Pacers’ 1-2 punch.

He could help speed them up. the pacers say they want a fast team thats why they brought in ford but they still look slow to me.

I think Ford will work in the Pacers system he just needs some time to get used to it cuz he’s used to dribbling and Pacers like to Pass. I wouldn’t mind letting Jarrett Jack walk and using his money elsewhere. If both Pacer PGs come back then I think Jennings is a negative. But I think he could eventually be an upgrade over what they have now.

I don’t know if I like Jennings w/ the Pacers. Jennings is talented, but I think they need a more mature player… Attitude & skill wise.

I doubt Jennings would fall that far in the draft but you never know. Drafts are crazy. Clearly, Ford still has some game left in him and there is a possibility that Jarrett Jack won’t be coming back to the Pacers. But with Jennings, he is a fast-paced guy who would fit more in Nellie’s system. Other than that, I think that the Pacers are working toward becoming a defensive team. Drafting a SG, C or a PG might be on within their sights.
