Everyone knows there is always one of those players who was so tremendous in their time but never won a ring. Lebron was up until this year. However I’d like to think about the other side of things. On a 12 man roster (as in they actually suited up/played some minutes in the playoffs), who is the WORST player to have ever received a ring?

those what you call the worst players are vital to the team, Look at Adam Morrison, without him there would low morale, who in the NBA gives the best high fives!!!

i dont think rookies count on a championship team?

like in the Pistons, Darko wasn’t playing because there was Rasheed , ben, okur and campbell, no room for a rookie to gain playing time,

It’s DEFINITELY Adam Morrison.  One of the biggest draft busts of all time.  That Morrison versus Redick finals in 2009 was EPIC.

This is just dumb.  Obviously there is going to be twelth men on every team that aren’t great players.  The answer is probably some guy we have never heard of in 1970 or something.  Even if Darko did play he would never be the worst player that’s just idiotic.  Just because he was taken too high in the draft doesn’t mean he is terrible.

Least contributions to the Celtics rings…Greg Kite in the 80s, Scott Pollard in 2008

Ever is so hard to say, Jack Haley was nothing but Dennis Rodman’s babysitter when he won rings wth the Bulls. Every championship team has someone who didn’t do much/anything.

He averaged 14 and 16 pts in his 2nd and 3rd years in the league. Then in NY he averaged 19 pts in 06-07 (in 81 games started). Stop blatently and wrongly hating on Eddy. He got a huge contract and got lazy but before that he was a player.  Saying he is the worst player ever to win a ring is simply baseless hate.

Yea, I never got why people just like Eddy Curry has always sucked, before his weight problems and immaturity issues dude was on his way to being a really good center.
