man I really don’t know what you guys see in Filip Petrusev. I get he played better overseas for sure, but he also got featured a lot more and it felt a lot more like him just stuffing the statsheet. A lot of the questions for Petrusev at Gonzaga are the same ones now. In fact, towards the end of the year, Drew Timme really started outplaying him at times. The only difference now is the Points and Rebounds are higher and that’s what most people look at. I have him as a prospect in the 50’s-60’s best case scenario. He could absolutely prove me wrong but nothing he’s done in Europe has had me convinced he’s better.

I get the advanced stats like him and he is a high usage center so I do kinda see the comp there but i really just don’t see it. he could prove me wrong, but i really don’t see him going high in the draft at all, and based off my research with people who do have connections with NBA scouts, it seems like he isn’t very favored either. I think he could get drafted best case scenario in the 40’s as a draft and stash if a team like the Pels or Celtics or a contending team just wants to retain his rights, but I don’t really see a ton more upside from there.
