Camby should be an all-star because although he is on a team with a losing record, he still has been on winning teams and played well on them. Also, although people always talk about how it should only be off of this season, camby has never made an all-star team yet has been deserving of being one many times in his career. I think camby should be named an all-star to replace paul because he is an all-star player. yes, ellis has great stats but put him on the cavs and he would be like mo williams – an above average role player. Camby has been great this year although it might not look like it on the stat sheet. he is a monster on defense, he is there for every tip, he hustles harder than anyone on the court in every game even though he is 10 years older than most players on the court, and he is the best rebounder imo, although dwight has more rebounds per game, but dwight has no pf next to him and camby has kaman. I know he hasn’t been talked about as being an all-star this year, but if anyone deserves to be an all-star, its him. Also, for camby, being on a losing team doesn’t help his stats because his points are the same, his rebounding is hindered by kaman, and his shot blocking can’t be improved by being on a worse team, it probably hurts his shot blocking. Camby should be an all-star this season!

kaman is a better player and has had a better season than camby, if the clippers missed out on anyone making it, kaman is the guy!

He is averaging 7.9 points per game, I think you could have made a case for him a couple of his years in Denver, but comon 7.9 points 2 blocks and 11 rebounds is a great asset to have on your team and I like him as a player, but comon David Lee isn’t even an all-star and he is averaging the same amount of rebounds plus and extra 11 points per game. Brendan Haywood is averaging 9.8 ppg 10.4 ppg and 2 bpg, is he an all-star too?

I’ve watched majority of Clippers games, so I know the impact Camby has had, but… He’s not an All-Star. He’s been VERY valuable though… In ways that don’t always show up on the stat sheet. Kaman has been the better offensive player, but that’s about it. Camby has been better at EVERYTHING else.

hell no hes not a allstar. you cant even make a case for him being a allstar this year. and what someone does in past years means nothing as far as being a allstar for the present year
