Steph that’s who! Pride comes before the fall Russell. I respect his game, cos he is a beast, but I have trouble respecting him as a man, because he shows little respect to other competitors. Hopefully He can learn a thing or two from Steph and let his game do the talking next time.

Struggles every year those 2 play together. Durant come to Boston and be the #1 options without doubt. I have long said these 2 players will not title together because the  Jordan plays Pippen in their situation.

Russ just isn’t a high IQ player, and when you put people in stressful situations, the smarter people tend to make better decisions.  Look at the end of the game when hero mode was turned on by Durant and Westbrook.  Either contested threes eight seconds into the shot clock, or a straight line drive into three defenders.

Exactly.  His IQ is poor.  He consistently makes poor decisions at the end of games.  He did this post season, and has done so throughout his career.  He turns the ball over a ton.  He takes too many bad shots and ill advised 3’s.  He’s an awful 3 point shooter, yet he continues to take them.

Don’t get me wrong, he’s a terrific player.  But his poor decision making will always hold him back.

That team really isn’t that great aside from Durant and Westbrook. Waiters is basically their third option on offense and none of the bigs can create for themselves. If I were OKC it would be back door lobs to any big that runs at the rim and pick and pop with Ibaka.

People love to hate on Russell but this time it was as much on Durant as it was on Westbrook

Durant looked Rushed and flushed the last 10 minutes of the game. Several bad decisions in a row from him. He did not look like he was making the team smooth. Just kind of desperate play from him.

I know westbrook is in the wrong for laughing at steph’s defense, but don’t act like the warriors aren’t just as disrespectful. This team showboats more than any team I ever remember watching.

We$tbit@h is just a boy in a grow man body! After game 5, homeboy was all laughing at the Dubs and Curry. And last night he was acting like his Mom told he couldn’t stay up late and had to go to bed! I would love to see Blake and We$tbit@h on the same team to see who can be the biggest baby? He can laugh all he wants now, as he watches AGAIN!!! The Dubs and Curry play in the NBA Finals!!! Choke that down We$tbit@h!!!

Don’t think it’s fair to call out Westbrook for being proud. Every NBA player has an ego. LeBron, Curry, Westbrook… The list goes on.

Or be Jordan to a Kerr because he does not handle that rock in crunch time enough to develop that skill. He has been set back years playing with RW. In the east he has a better chance to get to the finals. Lebron is 30 plus. He does not have long.

The KD and Russ post game sort of reminded me of when D. Wade and LeBron tried to say ish about Dirk.

Even though Steph handled it the way he should’ve, you have to think it definitely added to his fire.

Roll back the last portion of game 7 and look just how awful Westbrook’s defense is. Caught on screens, not switching properly, late on rotations, laziness, gambles, etc. He was slightly better this year, but he has ALWAYS been an overrated defender despite his physical tools. If GSW wanted to get a good shot all they had to do was involve him in some sort of wing PnR (1-2 or 1-3 PnR) or involve him in down screens. He’d find some way to get blown up or take some circuitous route to the ball.

He’s such a force of nature, one of the most, if not the most physically dominant players ever at the PG position, but he is mindless and reckless.  I wouldn’t trust him at the end of games on either end of the floor.  His style is great for the first 40 or so minutes of the game, but end game situations he hurts more than he helps. If he remains as the point IDK what the solution is bc he’s so productive and imposing for 90% of the game.  You can’t just tell him to "play smarter."  That’s not him, that’s not his game and you risk him handcuffing himself by over-thinking.

Breen, Webber, and Miller kept saying on the broadcast that OKC seemed to be jawing at each other, staring daggers at their teammates, etc.  Certainly didn’t sound like the kind of unity a team needs at the end of a game 7.

Could that discord have indicated the end of this particular run???  Intrigued to say the least. Has anyone heard any more on this?

Remember when LBJ seemed to check out right before he left the Cavs?

Cannot wait for this post season. Hoping it will be epic.

He’s not even laughing at Curry’s D. He’s laughing at the fact that during an OKC media conference with the two OKC superstars they are still drawing attention to Curry and diverting the attention away from Westbrook’s success. So even when Russell outplays Curry they have something bad to say about Westbrook and something good to say about Curry.

You should never disrespect steph! He is the player who’s being the least effected by pressure all time! It’s unbelivible! If you trying to mess with him it could only be used against you! Don’t try steph!
