There is quite a bit of parody this season, at least there are many teams with talent and potential. Here are some matchups for the 2016-2017 year, who would win in a 7 game series?

    Atlanta Hawks vs. Portland Trailblazers

    Orlando Magic vs. Phoenix Suns

Denver Nuggets vs. New York Knicks

Philadelphia 76ers vs. New Orleans Pelicans

Los Angeles Lakers vs. Miami Heat

Blazers. I have too much confidence in Dame

Magic. Suns have more potential but Magic have more talent right now and I don’t think they’re gonna be this terrible all season

Knicks. This one was tough but if Melo takes over then it’s done for Denver. It could go either way

Pelicans. If New Orleans is healthy, Philly has no one to guard Jrue or Tyreke

Lakers. Not really a fan of this Miami team

Atlanta vs Portland- Portland would win eithe 4-2 or 4-3

Orlando vs Suns- 4-2 Orlando.. Phoenix is still a little young and needs a couple of more pieces outside of Booker,Warren and Bledsoe (Chriis and bender are a couple of years away from being ready) to be able to close out a series.

Den vs Knick: Denver has greater depth but Knicks have the better Starting 5 so this series could go either way. But I would guess Denver would win 4-3 as the Knicks may run into injury issues over a 7 game series.

Lakers vs Miami-Lakers 4-2 or 4-1, Due to having greater depth. Both have some alright youth Miami-Hassan,Tyler,Winslow and Waiters and Lakers D’angello,Ingram,Zubac,Clarkson and Randle. So it essentially comes down to who has the better vets on their team and that would be the Lakers with Deng,Mosgov,Williams and Swaggy p(who seems to have had a turn around).

Pelicans vs Philly: This is a hard call due to if we are assuming both sides are completely healthy- Pelicans get Evans and Holiday and 76ers get Simmons and Noel back…

We would see a line up of : Ad,jones, hill,Holiday and Evans vs Embiid,Noel or Saric,Ersan or Saric,Henderson and Simmons

Which is pretty even but then it comes down to bench depth which the Sixers would have: Jahlil, one of Noel or Saric,Nik Stauskas  vs Buddy hield,Etwaun moore and Maybe tim frazier

So my guess Philly wins  4-3 due to Nola being so injury prone and the 76ers having slightly better depth than Pelicans

Hawks over Blazers. Dwight will dominate plumlee in the paint.

Suns over Magic. The guard play of Booker and Bledsoe plus Knight would be too much for the Magic plus Chandler can contain Ibaka.

Knicks over Nuggets. Porzingis that’s why.

Sixers over Pelicans. A.D only has himself while Philly has Embiid Saric and Okafor with them plus some solid vets.

Lakers over Heat. We don’t have the depth to beat this deep and young L.A team.
