SeattleSuperChronicsParticipantAll this playoff chippy-ness has me thinking who would be the champion in the octagon out of everyone in the league. Current I would have to say Draymond Green or Nikola Pekovic. And all time I would go with either Nate Thurmond or Ben Wallace. Thoughts..

Robb_CParticipantMarcin Gortat and Reggie Evans… Marcins dad is a former pro boxer and Marcin trains with him.. And Reggie Evans is solely in the league for being a mean motherf*cker

TRC1991ParticipantReggie Evans hasn’t been on an NBA roster since 2014.
James Johnson of the Raptors – he’s a 2nd degree black belt in jiu jitsu and is 20-0 in his MMA amateur career
Kendall Gill also fought as a pro boxer for a while there

treytalkssports.comParticipantDarko Milicic started an unsuccessful boxing career after the NBA. I’ll go with him.
Seriously though, Marcus Smart is a bulldog. Jae Crowder is right up there too. Also, don’t over look DeMarcus Cousins. He’s got the crazy eye sometimes.

ExumInfernoParticipantDidn’t Wilt Chamberlain fight Conan The Barbarian, that is a big deal. Kareem, he fought Bruce Lee. Both those centers did lose though.
Vitaly Potapenko, Ukraine Train was reportedly not backing down from anyone. Shaq fought at WrestleMania recently. Ben Wallace, good mention there, very scarey. For his wieght class, maybe Nate Robinson. For his weight class, Gheorge Muresan probably would be hard to hurt, and maybe Steven Segal didn’t want to fight him.
Interesting topic, and for the NBA intimidation can be important. What about Charles Oakley, there is some intimidation.

CU.LIONSParticipantAll-time???? Karl Malone, just so big and so strong. HM would be Larry Johnson (he was a boxer) and perhaps Anthony Mason. Not the toughest but the player with the most intimidating stare was Xavier McDaniel. Look it up youngsters!!!!!
Ben Wallace is definitely a contender. Same for Charles Oakley

dazeoneParticipantCharles Barkley hit him with the ball …Lakers vs Rockets and ended up on top of Shaq after everyone intervened…I like em both…but Barkley didn’t think sometimes. ..straight up one on one …he was too small to brawl..

properbreaksParticipantIn my book, it’s without a doubt Charles Barkley. You really can’t tell how a man can fight until you see him fight. It’s plenty of footage of Barkley fighting and he’s undefeated. (lol) I’m talking about he can fight for real. I have never seen Draymon or Nikola fight so I don’t know really what they can do.
Kobe is 6’7 and Childs from New York was 6’2 and he put those hands on him real easy. It’s plenty of smaller guys who fight better than someone who’s a lot bigger than them. Barkley gave it to Ewing. I don’t even think Ewing landed a punch but he tried to fight him. Barkley beat up plenty of people and spared Shaq because he didn’t want to really hurt the young guy who was so talented. Shaq swung and missed and he slammed Shaq out and had a clear path to pummel him while he was on top of him. But he didn’t do it. I think because he didn’t really want to mess up the future of the league like that.
Barkley has it hands man. He even got into fights with fans. I remember he got in a couple of bar fights away from the court. One time he got in a bar brawl and thru a guy thru the window of the bar. (lol) HE GETS my vote. ….

ChrispyParticipantLegend is that during his sentencing for the bar fight where he threw the guy through the window, the judge asked Barkley if he was sorry. Barkley told the judge, "I’m sorry it wasn’t on the second floor".

daggers818ParticipantGreat footage on Youtube of Wilt and Ali hamming it up with the legendary Howard Cosell. Wilt’s reach was significant, but Ali would likely destroy him. Still, one has to wonder. As previosly noted, James Johnson gets my vote.

SlickBouncePassParticipantJusuf Nurkic. He plays angry too. Would like to see him vs. Demarcus Cousins.
Charles Oakley was a tough guy. There is video of him slapping young goofy Scottie Pippen around.
I just want to see someone beat the hell out of JR Smith, Kyrie Irving, and D’Lo Chickenlegs Russell, would love to see Karl Malone do it.
