benoParticipantSo who would you guys think is a steal in the second round pick that could go a long way?

providencefriars1Participantthere are a lot of interesting guys in that range, but two prospects I really like and think they can be good contributors are Jimmy Butler and Diante Garrett. Every workout that I have heard Garrett participated in reported that he impressed scouts. I admit I have not seen a lot of him but it looks like he could be a nice backup guard. Jimmy Butler is one of the best defenders in the draft, has good size for a 3, and is an underrated shooter/scorer. I can see him being a quality 6th or 7th man and really contribute.

topotamolderParticipantNolan Smith, Jajuan Johnson, Norris Cole, Keith Benson,
And off course Reggie Jackson, but I honestly don’t see him falling into the 2nd round

TimbosliceParticipantI don’t see any second rounders becoming all stars or anything but a couple of guys can have nice long careers.
Andrew goudelock – shooters like him can usually stick around for a while
Deandre liggins – again, defenders like him can usually stick around too. He can make an impact without the ball and can knock down an open shot when he needs to

AaronMck91ParticipantReggie Jackson – Potential future starting pg.
Isaiah Thomas- Great spark off the bench.
Jajuan Johnson- Good post player
Andrew Goudelock- Great shooter, potential 6th man of the year in the future.
Rick Jackson- Brings alot of energy and good rebounder
Iman Shumpert- Potential Nba starter

MagikKnickParticipantIsaiah Thomas – Why cant he do what JJ Barea is doing right now?
David Lighty – Smart Player, Great Defender…
Keith Benson – Center position is weak in the NBA, at a legit 6’11, why couldnt he be a good backup C?
Corey Joseph – Jack of all trades, master of none..solid backup

R-Dot-13ParticipantAndrew Goudelock- Yes he is small but he is very quick and a very good shooter/scorer.
Norris Cole- Just a player who can do a bit of everything, could be a borderline starter possibly

ChrispyParticipantbut I really like Keith Benson’s offensive game. Having legit players around him will allow him to space the floor with his mid range J and will let him not have to worry about being triple teamed every play as the sole option. I agree with a few of you guys about Joseph. I think he can be a nice combo off the bench as a scoring 1.
