Center- Earl Barron he is way better than Joel Anthony he is 2 maybe 3 inches taller defends way better rebounds with so much aggression he can be the Perkins for them in my eyes.

Point Guard- Jerryd Bayless he is not a pure point we know this but with LeHype and Wade you dont him to be he just has to knock down open shots push the ball and defend. He is perfect to match up with Rondo-Rose-Westbrook-Shannon Brown-Paul all of them.

The Heat had chances to sign various bigs and retained Magloire and signed Big Z. They probably couldn’t retain JO in order to bring in Bosh, Miller and LeBron. I’d assume LeBron recommended Big Z and the team turned down the chance to bring Shaq back or even sign AI.

Bringing in Dampier would seem a logical move unless Lonzo wants to come out of retirement.

I’m not sure adding any more fringe guys or unproven talent is going to help this team. They just have to learn how to become a team. They have arguably three of the top ten players in the league. That is omething not even the great Chicago era had. Horace Grant and Toni Kukoc were no where near top 10 or top 20 players.

I watched the end of the game, Paul Milsap was unbelievable. They made some mistakes, and it seemed like they just kind of watched Wade at points, which is just ridiculous when you have a team like they have. But I still am not worried. I think they will figure things out and I do not believe they have assets for a trade at this time, especially not for Jerryd Bayless or Rodney Stuckey. But the reason why I do not think anyone should panic is due to the fact they have always remained in games, even when they are playing poorly. They have yet to be blown out once, even when one of their marquee three (or more) has had a really off night. I feel that LeBron should be taking far more of the scoring load, and to me they should have him playing off the ball slightly more, even alternate between he and Wade. This would just make the defenses have to prepare for different scenarios everytime down the court and make them that much more dangerous. I just think clearing out for Dwyane Wade is completely ridiculous with a team like that, he is the guy you maybe want with the ball on a last shot, but just running ISO Wade the entire OT was much too obvious and did not work near the end when he did not get the calls to bail him out. He probably did foul Elson, but what a horrible way to end the game, I know if Miami had been given the same call people would be rife with conspiracy chatter. Still, do people not want to at least see how the season progresses before panicing about the Heat? The teams they have lost too are all playing really good basketball, and in the games they have won they have killed it. I truly believe that soon enough they will be winning close games, but I for one would like to see LeBron take a little bit more of the scoring load, it is completely insane that he is averaging only 20 per game. Also, the railing on Chris Bosh has to stop. The guy is not putting up his numbers from last season, and is struggling to find his role some, but he is still the best 3rd option in basketball right now. I can not believe that after the off-season Miami had, people are still trying to make moves for them. Lets just see how it goes for a little longer before freaking out.

Chris Bosh is a 6"11 shooting guard parading around in a Power Forwards body. This is going to be the achilles heal of the Heat. They have no toughness inside. Udonis Haslem can only bang for so long. Pat riley needs to be trying to get a 7"0 footer who will just block shots, rebound , take hard fouls and be an enforcer instead of replacing Arroyo at the point. There will be no way Miami can withstand the amount of bigs that Boston or Orlando can throw at them in the East. The next issue is the coaching. This guy Spoelstra has no clue offensively how to maximize Lechoke James skills as a driver. This offense looks like the same dribble, dribble, dribble Lechoke jack up a shot when the clock is running down as it was in Cleveland there is no ball movement. The offense is stagnant and has no continuity. Until they get a Big or Bosh grow some nuts they are done.

Big Sam would be a natural pick up if he would accept MLE, he turns 30 next year and if the Heat gave him the full 5 year MLE then he may be interested as the lure of multiple possible titles would be very tempting but Miami may look to spread their MLE over more than one player.
