I know Lance Hendrickson. Danny Ainge was drafted by the Blue Jays, but I don’t think he ever played.

Deion Sanders is most notable guy but he played in the MLB and NFL. Mark Hendrickson Still Pitches in The Majors…..Must have gotten thrown around in the NBA because he was extremely skinny. David Debusshere is also one of the 50 greatest players he averaged 16ppg and 11 rebs in his career with 6 all nba defensive first team nominations, and 8 all-stars

Jordan played for the Birmingham Barons and never made it to the majors. Groat was actually an All-American at Duke (I believe the first Blue Devil to earn the honors) before switching to play baseball, where he was NL MVP in 1960 for the World Series-winning Pirates.
