    It has to be a real scrub, end of the bencher who pulled a Kirk Gibson for a season/playoffs/single series/game

    Not sure what you mean by this because Kirk Gibson definitely wasn’t a "scrub" in baseball. The guy won an mvp award if I’m not mistaken.

    I believe Brian scalabrine once scored 25 points in a double overtime playoff game against a Detroit team that would go on to win the championship that year. It was probably his second or third year in the league and I’m not sure he ever scored that much again his career. That performance seems "scrub goat" worthy.

    Man, I can’t wait for the season to start so there is actually real basketball topics to talk about.

       While he was hurt during the playoffs, Gibson was the NL MVP in 1988.

    Scrub Mount Rushmore: Kurt Rambis, Greg Kite, Jack Haley, Brian Scalabrine.  

    Scrub Eiffel Tower: Chuck Nevitt.

    SCRUBUST HOF (guys who were both Scrubs AND Busts): the late Yinka Dare, Kwame Brown, Darko, Jimmer, Hasheem Thabeet.  

    Half Scrubust/Half Injured: Sam Bowie, Greg Oden.  Joel Embiid is officially on notice.

    With apologies, of course, to Paul Mokeski.  This was kinda Bill Simmons idea.  The Paul Mokeski Award.

     Guys one of the great shooters in history and won multiple ships. if he’s a Scrubb I don’t what a good player is.. oh and he fought MJ, props!
