OhCanada-ParticipantI’m not a Van Vleet homer. In fact on the realgm Raptors page I was critical on him at the beginning of the season for some of his bad shooting performances and for icing out Scottie Barnes. But the dudes defenitely an allstar this year. I know Lamelo is the fresh new face and the Hornets have started winning a bit, and some of the bigger names will probable get in first but Freds certainly an Allstar this year.

NorrinRaddParticipantHis stats are there, but like you said bigger names and winning… he might get in as an alternative player though.

OhCanada-ParticipantIts not about the stats. Its about the fact that Toronto would be a bottom 5 team in the league without him. They are bad when he isnt on the court, really bad. He affects winning in a huge way. Toronto is also 7th in the East at the time of this post, above 500 and ahead of Boston and Charlotte.

NorrinRaddParticipantYou make some good points… perhaps VanVleet will make it. Wondering what your All – Star squads would look like.

OhCanada-ParticipantSame as canadarising. Swap Wiggins with Gobert. Switch Lavine with Young in the starters lineups.

OhCanada-ParticipantRaptors down by 14 against the Jazz tonight late in the third and Fred went on a 15-0 run to give them the lead. He ended up scoring 20 points straight for the Raptors, had 2 steals and 1 block in that stretch as well. It was more like 3 steals and 2 blocks but they gave the stats to other players or just didnt give them at all.
Finished the game with a triple double. 37 10 and 10. They won by 14. Not sure what else he can do to get in.
