festar35ParticipantIt’s no secret that the Pacers need a PG and badly, I say why not have a look at getting Shaun Livingston? He has a lot to prove and could get good minutes in Indiana, his price is low at the moment and his potential at one point was very high. If he is truly healthy he could be a good starting PG in the NBA still so why not take a chance.

Anton123ParticipantNice idea with Wall he won’t get much playing time in Washington, so he probably won’t resign with them, the Pacers are a good fit for him, plus it will allow them not to gamble on a PG in the draft

TRC1991ParticipantI love the idea….for livingston not the pacers
now this isn’t the year where you’ll have to gamble on a point guard because theres quite a few PG’s you can get in the 2nd round that are proven and you pretty much know what you’re gonna get (collins, vasquez, scheyer)

jricha06ParticipantI dont understand why teams dont persue other teams back ups. IND should be looking at the following PGs
Kyle Lowry
Kirk Hinrick (salary dump for bulls)
Darran Collison
Drogic (this kid is so young and very proven)
Ty Lawson
Beno Udric
Jared Bayless
Tony ParkerI dont understand why IND is not trying at all costs to pry away one of these as a flyer. These are just a few PGs around the leauge who should start or be the starting PG on a team full time.
What about giving up their first rd pick for Collison, Parker or Drogic? Could you see NO, SA or the suns doing this?

flybobbyflyParticipantthere is no way in hell any of those teams would give up any of those players for a number 10 draft pick.
are you kidding? indiana would have to throw in some sort of proven quality player0 - Posted on: Mon, 06/14/2010 - 7:28am #332027
