SwatLakeCityParticipantOkay, I’m gonna take a stab at this and just see what you guys think.
James and Bosh to the Bulls (James in a sign and trade with Deng, and some other player)
Wade stays with the Heat and in comes Amare
Lee goes to the Jazz in a sign and trade with Boozer
Johnson goes to the Knicks
Nowitski goes to the NetsLineups
Knicks
Raymond Felton, Johnson, Gallo, Booz, Brad Miller(Rautins and Fields are used as 3rd string SG and 3rd string SF.)Heat
Chalmers,Wade, Wright, Amare, Jermaine O’nealJazz
Williams, Matthews,AK, Lee, Okur(Hayward backs up AK)Bulls
Rose, John Salmons (or Anthony Morrow), James, Bosh, Noah
I could use a little help with shooting guard. Any ideas of who the bulls would sign that would pair well with James, Bosh, and Rose? (Not Matthews. Jazz will resign him, guaranteed)Nets
Harris, Lee, Williams, Nowitski, Lopez (Favors is the backup to Nowitski)0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/27/2010 - 7:13am #342571
SwatLakeCityParticipantForgot about Ray Allen, he stays with the Celtics. Celtics stay pretty much the same. except for Wallace retires.
Rondo, Allen, Pierce, Garnett, Perkins(same lineup as last year)0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/27/2010 - 7:21am #342578
SwatLakeCityParticipantJosh Howard signs with the Bulls and starts at SG

JJeff6ParticipantCourtney Lee wants out of NJ. dont expect him to be there. i have no idea why he wants that as they are going to be very good very soon, but its what he said.

knicks82ParticipantOn that list of free agents link I put up you have to pay attention to the type of free agent they are. Like Howard is a UFA but has a early termination option…which I dont think hes gonna do. So I think he stays with the Wizards unless they trade him.

WizardofOzParticipantNo. Josh Howard has a team option and I don’t think the Wizards pick it up because of his injury history and his contract.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantHAHAHAHAHA JOSH HOWARD PLAYS SHOOTING GUARD? HAHAHAHHAHA dude shoots like 30% from the 3pt line!!! So now you have Rose and Howard in your backcourt and you add LeBron at SF? Can anybody in that lineup shoot the 3ball consistently? HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA You’re funny! HHAHAHA
YOU JUST MADE MY DAY! HAHAHAH AND IT HAD TO BE A JAZZ FAN AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/27/2010 - 7:45am #342586

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantSo the Jazz just got rid of an undersized power forward and are looking for size, so they take……. David Lee, another undersized power forward… Makes sense.
John Salmons is leaving Milwaukee because he wants to make MONEY!! They can’t give him much but the MLE in Chi-Town. He’s leaving 5.8m because he wants about 7-8m after his performance after the all-star break.
Cmon man! THINK for once.

JJeff6Participantyo 23 calm the hell down. it was justa suggestion. your freaking stupid for acting that way dumbass. you can nicely explain why instead of laughing.

fastdanParticipantHoward has a team option.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/27/2010 - 7:53am #342595

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantWhy would Howard give up his team option when nobody is going to sign him for what he’s going to make? Hahahahaha man where does he get his facts? Does he even think? I just saw another thread where he posted “Arenas has a big contract but I don’t think Murphy and Dunleavy can match theirs with his, Arenas contract is more.” Obviously not knowing that Murphy has a 11mil contract and Dunleavy has a 9mil, while Arenas is going to be making about 18m next year.
This guy is too funny

the I in winParticipant@knicks82, Josh Howard’s contract has a team option for next seson. One that the Wizards will surely choose to use.

droppindimes247ParticipantTounge-Out do you realize you just said why would Josh Howard reject the team option. With a team option keyword being team the player has no choice. The Wiz probably won’t pick it up (the Wiz being the TEAM haha) he will probably be on the free agent market. If it were a PLAYER option then he would have the choice
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/27/2010 - 8:11am #342612

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantYeah I just realized that. I even typed “TEAM” option and didn’t think about it. lol

droppindimes247ParticipantI do agree with your comment on the David Lee to the Jazz situation it would not make much sense. I really thought the Kings were going to be a player for him however with their good fortune in the draft I do not believe that has any chance of happening now. Does anyone think that Rudy Gay has a chance of going to the Kings? They could play him at the 2 and that would really make them one of the tallest teams in the league.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/27/2010 - 8:21am #342622

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantI don’t think Rudy gay goes to the Kings, I don’t know about him playing the 2. I think the Kings will probably make a run for Farmar to play PG, Tyreke at SG. And I don’t see the Kings trying to get David Lee because they already have Carl Landry and Jason Thompson. David Lee is better than both, but why get another PF when you don’t need it.

ZeroParticipantThe Nets won’t get Nowitzki cause that will make Favor’s minutes decrease, which will lead to a huge bust.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/27/2010 - 9:50am #342664
Durantula-35ParticipantIf anyone, the Nets would (should) go after Joe Johnson. Why would they bring in Dirk when they spent their 3rd pick on a raw player that plays the same position and needs minutes?
0- Posted on: Sun, 06/27/2010 - 10:09am #342680

knicks82ParticipantThats my bad bout the Josh Howard thing. Dont know why I thought he had a player opt. Guess cause Im used to all the bad contracts Isiah Thomas gave out had player opts haha. like Eddy Curry, Quentin Richardson, Jamal Crawford, Jared Jeffries, etc..etc..
