Man – usually during the week of the draft you get a few players changing teams pre-draft and a host of juicy rumors. This year – NADA – not a single player on the move and I haven’t heard any credible rumors. Are Ford and Stein not working ?

As a Philly fan – they are so tight lipped, you wouldn’t know they worked out a single guy if it weren’t for unidentified sources – the team says nothing

I think there have been some good rumors, if there is such a thing. And most deals happen during the draft man, and i think it’s really smart for an organization to be tight lipped. Maybe doesn’t help us on our mocks but it’s the smart play

I know there is the usually draft – the rights to X have been sent to Blah for the rights to Y and cash, but usually there are 4-5 pre-draft deals that get announced. Not a peep. The mocks are all over the place as well – guess we better tune into ESPN @ 7:30

There is no point to start trading now. Teams usually wait to see if they guy they want is available for the pick they are trying to trade for. Always best to wait and pull the trigger on the best deal you can instead of getting excited and trading too early when you don’t have too.

I think the Raptors are going to be active. It was mentioned on Raptors Republic forums that the Raps are now shopping Lowry with Bargs. Massai has been clear on his intent to improve this team and I for one am excited.
