fito91ParticipantWhen will this site put Wiggins #1 in their mock? lol.
I know the mock doesn’t mean anything yet, but it still bugs me seeing Embiid’s name next to my Bucks at #1.

Rip255One thing I have noticed is that the other main mocks around the web universally have Wiggins as #1. I’m referring to Draft Express, ESPN, Bleacher Report and SBNation here. Draftnet is the only one that doesn’t.
I also think that Wiggins is very likely going #1 as well.
So whilst I’m not prepared to say he’s a lock, this website is just 1 of 5 that I look at who puts Embiid at #1. I think this reflects fairly on Embiids chances of going #1, which is about 20% in my opinion. I still think Wiggins will go #1 though, as per the other mocks.

Land of GrantParticipantThis site’s mock is pretty weird. Slo-Mo at 9, Napier at 12. Could happen. Probably won’t. Though I do respect that it’s really tough to peg Kyle Anderson this year, Ford has his range as 8-35.

cg085hParticipantOne thing i nooticed is that its not for certain the Bucks are going to get the number 1 pick no one knows who will get what pick in the lottery… and even if the Bucks do get the number 1 pick how long do you actually think Wiggins will stay there he seems like the type of guy who would want to play for a big market team… i think the Bucks would be better off with a more humble guy like Parker ijs lets be realistic

Rip255How many superstars who were high draft picks leave the team that drafted after their rookie deals in the last 20 years?
Virtually all of them re-sign…
History shows you get at least 6-7 years out of a star in a small market before they leave and in many cases they choose to stay.

Land of GrantParticipantThey’re on restricted contracts. Although they have some agency over where they go, it’s not their decision.
