BasketBalAllanParticipantThe Kings are in a bad spot both on and off the court. They have a bit of a mess in the front office and their owners could stand a lobotomy or two. They do not complement each other well during a game but manage to pull it together a good amount of the time.
The strange thing to me is that the same thing can be said about most teams with a pick in the top 5, but yet the Kings seem to be the ones who almost no one, that is projected in the top five, wants to play for. Why is this?

niQParticipantNot 100% sure but it could be that they are not even certain if they will be playing in that building in the near future.

BasketBalAllanParticipantMaybe. But what agent would tell his client to back off a team because they might be moving to LA soon? Or "Who wants to play in Sac when you could be in Cleveland"? or "who wants to play with Cousins when you could play with the official worst team ever in the NBA"?

KayjayParticipantKings are a circus right now. An endless cycle of drafted players, nobody has any clue what they are building. The Maloofs and David Stern are at a stare down. The front office is as lazy as Tyreke Evans was entering his second year. All and all its a bad situation. Agents are agents for a reason, they are there to put their player in the best possible situation to succeed through the draft. So its only natural for people to avoid the Kings. I love my team, but I won’t act like I wouldn’t avoid working out for my own team if I was projected to go in the top 5. Regardless somebody will fall, so there is no need to worry.
I’m just glad we actually have a building block in Cousins. I thought Evans was going to be the guy to steer it in the right direction too. But he hasn’t improved, Cousins has.

What The DevilParticipantI wouldn’t want to play for the Maloofs personally….and the Kings haven’t exactly been developing talent at a high rate lately
