Whats taking Aaron Gordon so long to declare for the Draft?

Just looking to see what anyone’s theory on this was, because I think a lot of people figured he was one and done from the get go and would most likely be one of the first players to declare.
I have a gut feeling that he’s waiting for teammates Nick Johnson and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson to decide, and they will ultimately have a joint press conference. I’ve felt all year that Johnson was leaving for sure (even though I realize he’s not a surefire 1st round pick) but the one I was really worried about losing was Rondae. I think everyone (on a national level) was able to see his capabilities at both ends of the floor, which generated a lot of hype for him to go in the 1st round (which i think he would), but the fact remains that he’s not ready! After watching Rondae all year I’m certainly not surprised by the draft hype he’s getting, and figured it would come during tournament time as long as he stuck to his game (which he did, and then some).
So yeah, thats my quck theory/rant, any thoughts/comments/ideas to share?
