Minnesota and Golden State have expressed interest. If Curry is gone what should they do Dwight?

i’ll stay mr. flynn or jennings. the knicks need a upgrade over duhon and nate is likely to bolt. so why not with flynn.

they’ll surely pick a point guard.

For now, the Knicks I guess, are sold on Stephen Curry. I think #8 is way too high for Curry but that is just my opinion. I can’t see his game translating successfully to the NBA. I see him at best, being a smaller version of his father. Dell was about 6’4 and Steph is only 6’2. If I was the Knicks though, I would be looking for different players. I would be interested in Brandon Jennings, Johnny Flynn, Tyreke Evans, or Demar DeRozan.

Curry would play well in New York. But I also think he is overrated.

Im no big fan of this class but Im pretty sure the Knicks will have their hearts broken if Curry will be gone by 8… huhuhuhu… If they pick an alternate I’d say Holiday but I guess there’s no point in deciding because THEY still will have a horrible 2009-2010 season..

Jennings (if he drops) would be the pick, Flynn (most likely) or Curry (also likely). I see them taking Flynn.

Jru will be efficient but nothing to special…Flynn could be a poor mans marbury and jennings is looking more and more to me like a great pick because of everything he brings to the table. I would prefer him to have more New york style shake and bake than the Cali. Cali there more hoppy and use in and outs than cross, i like the little carry iverson, foye, even marbury one move crosss. But great court vision he can make people around him better.

Anyone know who that kid is from arkansas PG with dred locks he is pretty good as well

curry is overrated to me. i completely agree to JayK21 curry won´t deliver on nba level. his upside is being a good role player.
i also agree with the guy who said the knicks are having an awful season.
so i think they should go with the best avalible talent, at this point this could possibly be jennings, derozan or tyreke. flynn could fit but i also have doubts about him.
curry or flynn maybe will have the better rookie season than the other 3 but long term the others will turn out being better. and at least we all agree on the knicks looking long term right now, do we?

Derozan and Tyreke have good size for their positions and ability to get to the rim but they are both subpar shooters. Neither shoots above 30% at the college level which will only get worse as they make the transition to the NBA line.

Meant to say either shoot above 30% from 3.

I understand why Flynn could be taken between 12-14, but why top 7 or 8 now? What does he have that Jennings does not? I think Jennings can do all the same things Flynn can. Jennings also has a year under his belt, of playing against better players, and a totally different style game. Both are flashy players for sure. Only reason I would take Flynn over Jennings if I am the knicks is becuz Flynn was local boy.

They have been in love with him throughout the process and want a point guard who can shoot. Curry I think will fall to 8 and can certainly shoot. He would likely thrive in their system. They have little to trade up with and Rubio can not shoot. If Curry is gone, Jennings or Flynn might be the guy.

they should trade with memphis for darko and select Rubio. They can use him like nash. They can trade David Lee and there pick.
