blackflash234ParticipantThis question has been a thought of mine ever since he drafted 4 point guards 2 years ago. Especially now with the fact that a guy from Qatar outsmarted him 2 nights ago, I really begin to wonder what Glen Taylor was thinking hiring this incompetent character. I literally get pissed whenever I hear the name David Kahn simply because of the fact that I feel that so many talented players talent will go to waste with him at the helm. I honestly can’t see him building a team into a winner he actually claimed would win 17 months after he got the job.

BigChamp12ParticipantI definitely see him being fired in the near future. Its past due. The way he runs that team must have every other gm in the league confused. He has a stockpile of quality draft spots every year but ends up with the worst roster in the league. There’s no way he should keep Beasley and Williams.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantKahn says some outrageous thing,does more trading than a $5 H0..
And neither him or the fans of the TWolves know what direction he’s taking the team in..
But you can say 1 thing about him,he’s brought a collection of young talent to the team..That they can use to aquire a star player..

RUDEBOY_ParticipantYeah,McHale constantly failed to put the right pieces around Garnett, the best he could do was sign aging vets Cassell & Sprewell…And he caused the franchise to lose several 1st round picks…

Dr.RedParticipantI used to think that only Isaiah Thomas could be worse than McHale when it came to running an organization, but Kahn is moving to the bottom of the list really quick!
I agree with Rudeboy, the roster is loaded with young talent. The problem is, 8 of the players are forwards! Not to mention the guy has acquired, I think, 6 pg and traded 3 away in his 3 years on the job. He had 2 positions to address going into this offseason… SG and C. What has he done so far? Drafted a combo forward! He got a center…a 35 year old brittle one that probably won’t ever want to suit up for the Wolves. How about a SG? Malcolm Lee…? Not quite the closer on the wing that they need… I can’t blame him for taking DWill in the draft. He was the BPA, but I would have rather him gambled on Kanter. And they should have taken a chance on Marshon Brooks at 20. At some point, you have to assemble a team, not just redundant talent!
They do have cap space and are looking to add some veteran talent, but can they attract quality vets with the way things are run by the KAHN? Not to mention…it is Minnesota…nobody really wants to play there. Hopefully, the guy can pull off a trade or two to bolster the roster a bit. He needs to get depth and quality at each POSITION.
