SlimParticipanti got u my good sir, i googled it
“Carmelo Anthony: Compared to T-Mac. (Pretty good comparison)
Dwade: Compared to Penny Hardaway. (Penny was amazing before injuries averaging 27,7 and 8 before injuries came in just his second season.)
I can’t get you the link since the site deleted the player’s profiles.”

JNixonParticipantCarmelo reminded me of a more aggressive Glenn Robinson too at 1st…I can see the T-Mac comparisons though even though Melo is tougher and has more of a post game.

Dhamp2ParticipantPenny Hardaway never averaged 27 points, lol! Especially in his second year, lol! Nor has Penny ever averaged 7 rebounds. Please check his stats.
And Melo’s game is exactly like Glenn Robinsons’ only Melo is on a winning team.
Dhamp2…the greatest basketball mind in the world. Next to Hube Brown anyway.
1. R.I.P. Earl Manigualt.
2. Carmelo will lead the NBA in scoring.
3. The Lakers will 3peat.
4. Wesley Johnson is a top 15 draft pick and the best transfer in America
5. Dwight Howard is overated.
6. There’s no way Steve Nash should have 2 MVPs, while Kobe Bryant has one.
7. Brandon Jennings will win ROY.
8. Eric Devendorf will be drafted (sorry about that)0 - Posted on: Sat, 11/28/2009 - 1:44pm #233983

RUDEBOYI remember some scouts comparing him to Adrian Dantley & Bernard King….Carmelo, Kobe & Durant have the best offensive repertiore in the league..I’m not saying they’re the 3 best players..I’m saying they can do it all …pullup jumpers, mid-range game, floaters, turnarounds jumpers, postup skills and 3 point range

marcusfizer21ParticipantAs a fan of this site, I know some of the comparisons and Melo was one I can always remember… It was Glenn Robinson/Antoine Walker…
Proof? I remember a lot of comparisons… Including Marcus Fizer’s… It was Charles Barkley…LOL

PureshooterParticipantThe Melo to Glenn Robinson comparison is very good in terms of size/athleticism, but obviously Melo is more versatile and assertive. Bernard King is also a great one. That guy was a machine and one of the more underrated players ever.

SlimParticipantmore athletic Bernard King, but King rarely ever left the cornerman area
