Today I went to the YMCA and a “special” kid that I have known for about 5 years saw me and he said hi and everything but then he noticed that my friend that I used to bring with me(who is Dominican and on the dark side) wasn’t there and he asked me “where’s that brown boy?”…At first, I was confused, but then I realized what he was talking about and started rollin…That had me dyin..

Me and my clan were having a clan battle on Modern Warfare 2 on Xbox Live and our Co-Leader wasn’t eligible because their was something wrong with his gamebattles account so we told the other clan “If y’all let us play y’all, even if we win, you’ll still get the win on your record.” But we lied, and we won. And we even to pictures to prove that we won even though we said the other clan would still get the win. After the match, me and my clan mates started cracking up and the other clan never found out.

So my dad and i went to KFC for dinner tonight and while we were enjoying our delicious meals, my two girl friends Lauren and Morgan came struttin in wearin nothin but bikinis (it was 85 today and they came from the waterpark) and proceeded to chat with us for about 15 minutes before they went to order at the front desk…two minutes later a 75 year old russian lady wearing a long black trench-coat (its 85 out) came up to me and my dad and said “you should tell those girls parents that their kids arent wearing shirts in public”…my dad just burst out laughing and the elderly gal stood stunned…i quickly alleviated the tension by saying “at least they look good right?” she said “ohh yeah they look good but they need to wear shoes and shirts in public”

the best part was the girls were 2 feet behind the old gal listening in on the situation

1) While I was walking to dinner on Friday, one of my cousins took a chicken finger off of a waiter’s tray (while he wasn’t looking), shoved it in his mouth, and said, “I think I’m Big Meech! Larry Hoover!”

2) I kept throwing away money on this rip-off arcade game where you try to win a prize. I tried 11 times, and won nothing. My 7-year-old niece won seven times on her first ten tries.

3) One of the maids allegedly stole marijuana from the same cousin’s room. He actually thought about telling somebody in charge.

4) I heard a drunk guy arguing with his girlfriend/wife/female acquaintance… Over $3… In the middle of the night. Nobody from the staff wanted to do anything.

5) I won a ping-pong tournament, despite the fact that I’ve never played ping-pong before. I also won a three-point shootout, a one-on-one tournament, and a game of bingo. I represented NBADraft.net well. I wish I had a jersey with NBADraft.net on the front, so that I could tug on the front of it and show it off whenever I did something.

And +1 for the UK Office. Ricky Gervais can be hard to follow sometimes because he talks so fast but he is a comedic genius. I like the American Office, as it offers a nice storyline and a lot of laughs because of Steve Carrell but hands down the best comedy that I like is PARKS AND REC! … It has the perfect balance of humor and storyline and I hope it never gets cancelled.

I have to be honest, I watched the first ep and gave up on it. I know, I was probably wrong to do so and have heard great things, should probably give it a try on Netflix or something (if you tell me to use Hulu, go to hell! I live in Canada, you sick basterd!). Even still, was thinking to myself the other day, it is not always bad when a show gets cancelled. I mean, it gets to a point with some shows that they do something called "Jump the Shark" (a reference to Happy Days sucking after an episode where the Fonz jumped over a shark on water skiis. After someone does that, the only place you can go from there, is down.). The American Office, for example, got a tad, well, lame at some point near when Jim and Pam hooked-up.

So, I give "Parks and Rec" my best wishes on staying golden, because they do have a fantastic cast (I love Aziz Ansari, Amy Poehler is funny and people seem to love Ron Swanson), but I think it is sometimes better to go out on top rather than, well, suck. I LOVE Breaking Bad, but to be honest with you, I like knowing it is going to be over next season, because you think "Where can they go from here?". Big Love finally ended, that last season was kind of lame. Entourage, to me, has sucked for a LONG time, and I am hearing I gave up on it at a perfect time. Weeds is another show I can think of, that definitely jumped the shark way back.

Ricky Gervais is my favorite comedic actor, and I truthfully love what he did with both The Office and Extras, in having two seasons and an hour and a half special. The show never got old or bad. Of course you would want more of them, but they are both such masterpieces as is, you literally never have to see a bad episode of either. I guess I am finding it is better to burn out than fade away, and when a show ends on its own terms rather than from a general lack of interest, that sounds more appealing to me. Everything has to end at some point, and I just hope that if Parks and Rec were to end, it would end without ever going down the slow, kind of boring, path the American Office has. Believe me, I dig the American Office and find it funny, but it got to a point of being pretty damn boring. Now that Steve Carrell is gone, well, good luck to them, but I am not to confident it will be good, much less survive. Could be wrong, but I am guessing at least some people see where I am coming from. Now, more funny videos:

I LOVE Breaking Bad, but to be honest with you, I like knowing it is going to be over next season, because you think "Where can they go from here?". Big Love finally ended, that last season was kind of lame. Entourage, to me, has sucked for a LONG time, and I am hearing I gave up on it at a perfect time. Weeds is another show I can think of, that definitely jumped the shark way back.

Ricky Gervais is my favorite comedic actor, and I truthfully love what he did with both The Office and Extras, in having two seasons and an hour and a half special. The show never got old or bad. Of course you would want more of them, but they are both such masterpieces as is, you literally never have to see a bad episode of either. I guess I am finding it is better to burn out than fade away, and when a show ends on its own terms rather than from a general lack of interest, that sounds more appealing to me. Everything has to end at some point, and I just hope that if Parks and Rec were to end, it would end without ever going down the slow, kind of boring, path the American Office has. Believe me, I dig the American Office and find it funny, but it got to a point of being pretty damn boring. Now that Steve Carrell is gone, well, good luck to them, but I am not to confident it will be good, much less survive. Could be wrong, but I am guessing at least some people see where I am coming from. Now, more funny videos:

So every Friday after first period, there are about 10 of us that go to the Math wing to see which Homework our teacher will be collecting that day. this teacher stars the homework that will be collected, and if you stand to the left side of the door right outside his class, you can see see which himework he will be collecting. And by the way, this is the worst and toughest math teacher in the whole school. he may teach pretty well, but he’s really mean and expects a lot out of his students. So as we are proceeding to his class, we hear a bunch of girls about  50 yards away, yelling  and screaming, and we find out that the teacher is not here today and that there is a substitue. That was nice, cause it’s my last class of the day, and I was tired as it was. So I knew some kids were going to cut the class, but I didn’t want to cut just to save 50 minutes, but I did want to try to sneak out after the sub(an old retired teacher) took attendance. Apparently I wasn’t the only one with the same idea. One kid left his stuff in the class, asked to go to the bathroom, and didn’t come back for about 30 minutes. Another guy sat like two feet away from the door, so he was out with his stuff in one stride, and the teacher didn’t even know. I contemplated throwing my backpack out of the window( we are on the first floor) then asking to go to the bathroom, and subsequently leaving. I thought better of that, and instead thought of another plan but I could tell the sub knew what I was thinking, so I decided to stay put. But the funniest scene came when a guywho sits as far away from the door as possible, was ducking and tiptoeing at the back of the class, and then just ran toward the door. I think the sub heard footsteps, and by then she could probably tell theat the class size was noticibly reduced, even if it was only 5-6 people. So she said that in a couple of minutes she was going to retake attendance. That lead to a bunch of kids texting their friends to get back into class. A couple came back, but most of them took a cut. It probably sound more boring than funny, but it was pretty hilarious in person.

So we had co-curriculer day at school on Thursday, and that’s when clubs sell overpriced junk to earn money. While my bargaining techniqes were a sucess, one of my friends didn’t have any money. I had bought some ps2 fighting game for $20…already used….and had it for less than a week…they were actually going to give me 85 cents for it.. I said fuck that i might as well let it collect dust then

That and textbooks…it is unbelievable. 

Such a damn awkward conversation at gamestop whenever I go.  I’m not a huge gamer, just buy 2k and Madden for the most part.  But everytime I go, they try to get me to reserve some game or sign up for some subscription.  They have to make it so hard when all I want is the damn game.  Then I try to sell the 2k or Madden from this year a few weeks or months before the new one comes out.  Then they are like that will be $6 store credit while the same thing is up on the shelf at 39.99 still for a used game.

Then don’t even get me started on textbooks. Some book cost me nearly $300 last semester, then come the end of it, they say we can give you a dollar.  I said "Do you see how thick this is.  I can wipe my ass once with a dollar, but 750 times with this book."

One other thing that recently pissed me off was @ radioshack when I was buying some headphones.  Then the cashier announces at 5x the audio level he spoke to me the rest of the conversation"would you like to donate $1 so ….cancer research".  Do you realize what an @ss I sound like with 5 people in line behind, including one fine girl, when I say "nah I’m good".  I hate that.  I thought they weren’t allowed to ask that anymore anyway, it’s all is suppose to be done on the screen.  Next time I’ll be like "no, I’d much rather used that dollar towards a pack of cigarettes."

So I’ve had the same Spanish teacher for the last 3 semesters, and he is the laziest a$$ teacher EVER. He makes the TAs do all the work, acts like he does a lot, pretneds as if his class is your only important class, knows like 20% of the kids names, and calls out the other Spanish teachers, when he’s the one who doesn’t teach his students. But I take him because he’s easy and doesn’t check any homework, (Even though he collects it this year, he doesn’t even factor it into your grade, he just looks at your test scores. I got a B+(which should have been an A, he got Bittchy over me spelling "corri" with one r, and an A-, did zero homework, and he gave me an A)) So anyways, we are supposed to do a skit for our final, so since I am not very good at creating sentences, I used the help of my good friend, Google Translate, so I was gong to look over the translation to make sure there weren’t any words that we hadn’t learned, but I forgot, so when he looked over it, he was like "Senor, where did you learn all these words, you don’t learn that till 4th year" and I was like uhh, and he seemed pretty upset, but then he gets distracted, and comes back and tells us we’re doing a great job and that we’re almost done. Today was Co-Curriculer day where the clubs sell overpriced junk, but it’s an excuse to get out of class, but not all teachers let you go. We had a sub in Spanish, so I decided to tell him I was woking for a club. there are 4 Indian kids in my grade(Including myself) and two of the others were in the same class, so we decided to tell him we were going to go help out for the Indian club(there is no Indian Club, but there is a Jew Crew, an Asian club in which 30% of the people are white, and several other ethical clubs) the sub gave us this wierd stare, and thank goodness we held our laughs, so he let us go, but half the class claimed they had to work for a club, so he just let the entire class go, and the Indian girl who had that calss later, tried the same one on two other subs(teachers for some reason don’t show up on these days, and probably wanted a 4 day weekend) and it worked to perfection, although tehy might have been dissapointed when they didn’t get any curry.

And another story, in San Francisco, you either go to a 30,000 dollar private schoo, a 15,000 parochaial school, a public school, or a acidemically advanced public school(like me) same as other public schools, except you need good middle school grades. So I’m on the same team as a bunch of these guys that go to these fancy 37,000 dollar private, schools, but it seems like they have every other day off. They have 4 days off for Sophmore retreat, they have two weeks of Spring break, and a ski week. The only extra days we get off are just so they don’t have to pay the teachers, called furlough days. Damn budget cuts.

A pretty funny story my Brother told me. Before you read this story you need to know the school I went to and my brother now goes to in the UK has a horrendously low graduation rate and is being closed next year. Anyway the school still has fire alarm’s that you push to set off and lately these alarms were being set off nearly every day and the school was confused because they had constantly warned the students to stop doing it or there would be severe punishments. Anyway after about 3 weeks the school discovered that a “intellectually challenged” student had been told that if he pressed the fire alarm it would play music out loud for the whole school, he was also convinced in the part of the school the alarm’s were in didn’t play music but instead played a siren. The teachers apparently found it so funny no one was punished other than the kid who convinced the dumb kid to do it in the first place. I actually met one of my old teachers recently who verified that this was true and the school was in the process of changing the entire alarm system because of it.
