He was a child prodigy, the next superstar. Played Varsity when he was in 7th grade. Was taken 3rd overall.Had good rookie season (18.5ppg 3.8rpg 3.2apg 1.1spg 38.0mpg) But now he is declining instead of improving. He isn’t even starting anymore (xavier henry took his spot!) his scoring average is down to 13.3 his minutes down to 32 he is shooting 38.7% from the field!! What happened to OJ?

I don’t think Mayo is a part of the Grizzlies future. Now with Henry starting, and with Sam Young and Tony Allen coming off the bench playing SG, that makes Mayo expendable. I can see a team with a need at SG trading for him.

 He started shooting way too many 3’s. He was on my fantasy and I was not very happy with his performance, so I decided to trade before he hit rock bottom and now I believe he officially has. I traded him for Richard Jefferson, although I think I might have gave up too much to get Jefferson, oh well.

Utah should try and get him. Send Miles and Memo. I think Mayo could really flourish with Dwill along side him as well Big Al and Millsap.

 Also i think Mayo would be a nice fit in New Orleans next to CP3, CP3 setting him up while also OJ being able to share the ball handling duties with him would be good for the both of them, Also his outside shooting ability is a plus. Maybe u could piece a trade involving Marcus Thornton/ Marco Bellinelli and Aaron Gray/ David Anderson for Mayo and Thabeet/Aurthur
