Nuggets get 17m off the books to bring in some young pieces in the off season, not only that, they get two promising (or atleast Paul George) talents that can eventually become solid NBA players.
Pacers get a superstar that can easily get them to the playoffs with the lineup of Anthony, Granger, Collison. Hibbert and Hansbrough growing up. Rush, McRoberts, and Price are young players looking to get better. Glue guys like Jones and Posey. Ford’s expiring contract can be traded for a solid PF if Hansbrough nor McRoberts improve.

apb540ParticipantIf Denver is actually looking to deal Melo, then maybe they would consider this if they got back a first or two. 4 for 2 trades are always tough to evaluate thou compared to a 1 for 1 or 2 for 1.
And would Melo want to go to Indiana?

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantYeah, you’re right. Melo wants to go to a big market, the only thing Indiana is known for is NASCAR and Peyton Manning.

CodySLCParticipantCould Granger and Melo play together? Their games are pretty similar, and they play the same postion. idk how well that would work out even tho Granger can play some 4.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantTheir game is similiar, but unlike James and Wade.. Granger and Anthony don’t need the ball in their hands, they are both VERY good spot up shooters and can shoot from anywhere on the floor, that’s the beauty of it.

llperezDenver better make damn sure melo has zero interest in returning if they make a deal that basically is for paul george. This deal also hurts denver’s financial flexibility becasue with melo leaving they could just use that money on free agents but to pull this deal they have to take on poseys extra 7 mill next year. SO they get rid of melo and hurt their financial flexibility and take on salary all for george and stephenson? Like i said, they would have to REALLY want george to do this.

ItsVictorOladipoParticipantHaha, I was speaking tongue in cheek. It’s not so bad on this board but on another NBA forum that I’m on, over the last week everybody has been making these Chris Bosh trades for a center and point guard. As if every team in the league would just love to give Miami the players they need to put them over the top.
