Durantula-35ParticipantIf Xavier Henry or James Anderson is available, should we take them? Or if Orton is still available should we take him? Who would be the best selection for them at this pick? I think Xavier if he’s available. His shooting would compliment John Wall perfectly

ajk004ParticipantSo Chicago still has to pick someone both teams are okay with in case it all falls apart

AllDayyyParticipantNo Chicago picks for Washington. Thats not how it works, Chicago gets no say in the pick.

AllDayyyParticipantThat’s a large logjam at the 2. Gilbert should start and Hinrich will get minutes at both 1 n 2. Hopefully Ernie resigns Foye so he can continue to be terrible. My guess is they will go with some sort of project.
Henry won’t be there, and its pretty high for Anderson. I would much rather take Orton or even Whiteside. Or whoever falls out of the top 15 picks.Who knows what Ernie will do besides probably screwing it up, part me of even thinks he’s gonna find a way to mess up #1 overall and not take Wall. Thank god I don’t even think he can screw that one up though.

blackflash234ParticipantThe question now is that what does Chicago get back in return?

AllDayyyParticipantFuture first is my guess and maybe some min salaried player. Hopefully Ernie just gave up a second rounder, but I don’t think he’s intelligent enough to do it. But it better not be a 1st round pick in the next three years, I can’t see the price being very high (it should be a 2nd rounder). Basically the Bulls gave the 17th to the Zards for taking Kirk’s contract.

AllDayyyParticipantApparently Ernie didn’t f it up and is only giving up a 2nd rounder. Thank god

juves4783Participantxavier henry won’t go past the bucks at 15. he might be off the boards by 11.
i heard james anderson’s stock is dropping due to his lack of athleticism and an injury. i really don’t think the wiz need to add a shooting guard anyways. with wall, hinrich, arenas, and young; they have a decent backcourt core. they could really use some frontcourt help. i actually think they might take damion james. josh howard is on a $11 M team option, which seems a lot for a guy that continues to get in off the court trouble and has been injured the past year. al thornton is in the last year of his contract. if not james, larry sanders or alabi or even orton would be another guess. seems like with the question marks around orton (injuries and attitude), sanders or alabi would be safer picks.

MBRHParticipantThey should target a high upside player I would prefer Whiteside to Orton

kphelpsParticipantplease wizards no orton and no whiteside…
id personally rather have sanders or brackins over both of those guys IF they go big man.
what i wanna see happen though is they package a couple picks to move up into the lotto. I would gladly take aldrich or patterson.

wuteverParticipantIm hoping we package the 17th and 30th pick to move up in the draft we need a quality big man badly. Maybe even a SF?

WizardofOzParticipantI hope the Wizards don’t draft Hassan Whiteside. He plays too much like Javale McGee. Why would you want 2 players that are the exact same thing? I mean, they’re both 7 foot, both have the same skill set, both are great shot-blockers, both need to get stronger, both are great athletes, both have have long arms, and both are raw offensively. Please Wizards, do not take Hassan Whiteside.

Durantula-35ParticipantBlatche and Whiteside could be the league’s worst attitude in the frontcourt
