Lotto StudParticipantWhat do you think about Wall and Harris pairing up in the back court together if the Nets take Wall. Will it or will it not work and why?

nateoak10ParticipantI think they’d try it out for the 1st half of the year up would end up trading him
TRADE IDEA : Pretty simple – http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=yzl53o3
Everyone gets what they need, obviously other players could be involved but just a random thought

sheltwon3ParticipantWall and Harris to me will work because Harris has played with a smaller guard in Terry and also Harris can defend both spots and so maybe can Wall.

the I in winParticipantdon’t agree with the trade but i agree with the general idea, start the season with both then trade one in febuary.

nateoak10ParticipantTerry could stretch the floor with his shooting which let Harris drive, but Wall and Harris would be like amare and shaq. it’d be too crowded and predictable with both as slashers

Lotto StudParticipantI would keep both players because we need the slashing ability from Harris & I would want to build around Wall.

Henry25Participanti think they keep it for the first half. I could be kinda like Monta Ellis and Stephen Curry. They sure would be fun to watch

scoutguruParticipantYou keep em both. You don’t just give away proven players who when he’s on his game, is an all star in this league. If the mavs could play kidd and barrea together then these guys can play together. That would be an explosive backcourt. Both Wall and Harris’ game are eerily similar though. Attacking point guards who are virtually unstoppable in the open court.

midwestbbscoutParticipantI think whoever has the first pick in the draft has cart blanche to draft for need as far as I’m concerned….If I’m the Nets OR the Timberwolves I take Evan Turner…..will they, probably not….especially if Kentucky wins it all because for some reason teams still think National Title = lottery pick…..but I think there isn’t really isn’t much of a difference in Wall, Turner, and Cousins….

MATAParticipanti sorta agree with you. i think wall has more upside than turner, but i don’t really see the point in drafting wall and keeping him when you got someone who’s game is similar in harris. turner compliments harris perfectly. he’s a shooting guard with point forward skills.
harris turner and lopez could be an incredible big three in the future.
if i where rod thorn i’d gauge how badly minn wants wall (if they land the 2nd pick, cause lets be honest, kahn loves himself some pg’s) and try to get turner + whatever out of a draft day trade.
if i where the wolves i wouldn’t draft either. i’d trade the pick for a kings ransom.

midwestbbscoutParticipantI am dying for Minnesota to get the number 1 pick to see if Kahn backtracks on his “we take the best player” theory….
