     Anyone who is a fan of tough, physical defensive basketball should turn on ESPN right now, as this LOU vs UVA game has been very entertaining.

    I honestly don’t remember a team that plays team defense as well as Virginia does. They don’t have the high-level athletes that Kentucky does that makes its defense great, but are still in the running to be crowned as the nation’s top defense.

    The way they double in the post could cause fits for Kentucky. I think, right now, Virginia and Duke are the 2 teams with the best chance of knocking Kentucky off.

    Tony Bennett has to be in the running as coach of the year. He’s incredibly underrated.

    I mean, wow! Louisville didn’t score for the last 10:33 of the half, with only 13 first half points! Wow!!

    Someone else complained in this forum a couple of months ago saying UVA plays a horrible brand of basketball (i think it was UVA vs New Mexico St). I don’t think winning could be called horrible unless it’s done by cheating. These guys are awesome.

    I agree! 

    Up-tempo teams that play no D are no fun to watch, IMO. 

    I love watching Virginia and Kentucky because of their physical, punishing D.
