White ChocolateParticipantThe Jazz signed Raja Bell to a 3-year $10 million dollar deal. That is a steal for the Jazz and better yet he is the player that Kobe wanted! Thoughts?

MagikKnickParticipantWes Mathews replacement, guess that means they’re not matching his offer from Portland. Good signing, but i’d like to see them go get Ronnie Brewer back before they got Raja Bell

SwatLakeCityParticipantWhere did you read this? You are the first to report about it, and I haven’t see it on ESPN yet or any other site. Yes, Bell did play for the Jazz when Dwill was a rookie and played very well. Sloan his ability to play defense and shoot the 3 well. He will be an excellent replacement for Wesley Matthews. Interested that he decides to spurn the Lakers and Spurs to play for his old team. I hated when he left the Jazz back in 2004 to play for the Suns. I think he wants to win a title, he just ends up choosing the wrong team to join. Jazz will love him, and it cause them to forget about the stellar play of Matthews and embrace the future of Jefferson, dwill, and Miles. An old veteran like Bell should also help Miles develop more defensively. Good sign Utah. Matthews good luck in Portland, wish you the best, I will be watching along the side as you are one of my favorite players to watch. Raja Bell welcome back. Now I can’t wait for next season to start. Things are starting to turn around for Utah after we acquired Jefferson. Now we just need to resign Fez.

SwatLakeCityParticipantSurprise, Surprise. Just when the Jazz seem to be down and out, losing about every free agent they have, they spike up a trade to get a monster in Al Jefferson, (can’t wait for his debut with the Jazz; he will love playing alongside Dwill, and show new parts to his game because of it) then they sign and old veteran who used to play for them (i loved him back in those days, and I wanted him to stay with the Jazz because I thought he was the answer to our Jeff Hornacek search, turns out he left, always wanted him to come back, now he has, YIPEE). Wonder what will happen next? Can’t wait till the season starts!!!!
I think Portland’s plan is to foil their division rivals plans so they win the divison, make the playoffs, and then bow down in the first round. Now you have an overpaid backup, just like the Jazz do or might not (I’m hoping that Millsap will start, while Jefferson plays the 5) How does it feel?
