After the US lackluster win over Australia which they barely squeaked by thanks to defensive specialist Carmelo Anthony, I think the US should wake up and smell the Bogdan. And I’m not talking about nbadraft.net’s favorite Bogdan – Bogdan Bogdanovich of Serbia. I’m talking about his Balkan cousin Bojan Bodganovich of Croatia. Kids been straight up Bodganning. He just Bogdanned 33 points, 6 boards, and 3 assists with a +31 efficiency rating (whatever the Bogdan that means) against Brazil in an 80 to 76 victory. After 3 games, he’s averaging 24.7 PPG, second only to NBA champion Patty Mills of the San Alamos Spurs. And just for Bogdans sake, I’d like to add that Bogdan Bogdanovich is average 13.7 PPG.
