    Just from these numbers, it looks like CP3 means more to his team than anyone else on the list.

    this is like that old hollinger espn article of him bashing  durant saying he was bad because his +/- was terrible a few years ago… these stats mean nothing…

     Chris Paul’s numbers’ are staggering….I need to sit down…wait…I am sitting down…

    PG’s control the game so if a +/- stat was meant to analyze any positions impact on the court it would be the PG’s.

    Any chance you can put up Jeremy Lin and Isaiah Thomas’s #s.

    Thomas out of Sacramento Kings has been on a tear lately and isnt getting much attention. But I love this kids play.

    Steal of the Draft.

     Looking at Rajon Rondos numbers the other team scores 7.2 ppg more when he is on the court. Thats weird for a player thought to be the best defensive point guard. It shows that he is slightly overrated on the defensive end and it also shows how amazing of a defender Avery Bradley is.

     This stat is impressive for Mr. CP3, but if I remember, he came at the king…

    ….and he missed.

    I think the defensive metric is overrating the PGs importance on defense.  Starting PGs get more time against opponents best players (starting lineups naturally score more than the bench, right?), but have been historically shown to have the least impact on team defense.

    Westbrook’s numbers don’t represent his total impact for 1 because when he’s not on the court, Durant and/or Harden are, and he got off to a terrible start this season, but has since picked it up.

    Wow to Chris Paul’s numbers.

    Rubio has certainly made a huge impact for the Wolves

    Rondo’s numbers seem right, he isnt a great defender, getting steals doesnt mean you are a good defender. He’s not a liability out there, but he isnt an elite defensive PG in my eyes.

     @Fleet69

    Life you want to be technical, then no stats have meaning.  PPG means nothing if you aren’t winning right?

    This is just a way to measure a players productivity.  If you don’t understand, then thats fine.  I can explain it to you more..  All stats have a use as far as compaaring players.  Thanks for your negative comment on my post though.

    We can still be friends..  Love you??

     @everyone asking for other player

    I am going to post later with many more players.  At least every All-Star and Rookie/Sophomore game participant.

    Someone asked for Isaiah Thomas too.  I will include him also.  If anyone else has another request, let me know.  I will try to get that post up by tonight.

     Im more interested in the FG% than those stats. Percentages matter more, we are talking about NBA players they are going to score more or less so its more about efficiency than the amount they score or dont score while these guys are on the floor.

    YoungDave- What makes Rondo a great Defender? He gambles a ton, leaving his guy open for shots all the time. He gets a couple steals out of it but steals done equal great defender in my opinion. I guess I don’t watch Boston enough to really consider if he is a great or terrible defender but everytime I do watch them, I come away underwhelmed. He isnt aweful, so don’t take it like I’m saying hes garbage, but I do think he is overrated a bit. Getting steals doesnt make you a "great" defender. And I’ve been in Minnesota/North Dakota, does that make my opinion invalid?

    If you think he is a great defender, where have you been?
