tdo1996ParticipantWow. Thats all I can say. CJ Leslie, Myck Kabongo, Trevor Mbakwe, Adonis Thomas, all not taken. I can only sort of understand Mbakwe with the injuries and age, but these other guys….man I don’t even know how they weren’t picked through 60 selections.

tdo1996ParticipantJames Southerland as well, especially considering all the interest he got from teams during his MANY workouts.

r377ParticipantI was just about to post a topic on this. Kabongo especially would be worth a pick….
Even DeShaun Thomas only just got picked with the third to last selection.

Forte IVParticipantYeah hell, a average bench guy from Oregon got drafted over these guys. Confused.

phila9012ParticipantYea, all those guys came out early except Mbakwe, there should be something that if a player goes undrafted he can return to college if he wants to. I dont know if any of these guys got played by an agent but they should still be allowed to return to college if they have eligibility left.

strobox88ParticipantI’m fairly certain some of these guys that are undrafted will still be able to get a roster spot before next season rolls around. I’m betting Seth Curry, Myck Kabongo and C.J. Leslie get picked up.

bigheavyParticipantLeslie and Kabongo not being picked is just plain crazy. I surely thought the Lakers would look at one of these guys especially Kabongo. He’s already better than any pg they have on they’re roster (assuming Steve Nash doesn’t return).

surveParticipantHappens every year. On the flip side, if you dont go in the 1st round, sometimes its better to go undrafted because there are teams that really like you that will invite you to camp. I stopped being surprised years ago. This is a growing trend. Most of these guys will be on a roster soon. Others will find there way into the league eventually.
Luckily San Antonio didnt have more picks or they wouldve snatched some of these guys. Like Michael Snaer for instance…he is one of those Spurs type players…obviously they liked Deshaun Thomas better, but Snaer is like the guard version of Kawhi Leonard. He is not as athletic as Tony Allen, but he is a much better shooter. A guy like Snaer I figured wouldve gotten drafted because he is a tenacious defender.
