tyrekeevansParticipantWhat’s wrong with reke this season..not a good game against L.A. today..he not playing like the rookie of the year season, i think kings could be losing to games like reke taking more jumpshots than layups..and he isnt really not that good of a layup king.
It could be the ankle but..

RickyRubio9ParticipantSophomore Slump; The League knows everything he wants to do.
He needs to make some adjustments, nothing too big.

omphalosParticipantDon’t forget that his role has changed from last year, where he had a free reign. Now he is expected to display leadership; chemistry problems are some part of his slump I’m sure, he just seems less sure of himself these days.

HitsterParticipantI fully agree with Omphalos, Tyreke has not got such a free role this season, his stats may be a bit down but his numbers so far this season are still good especially for a sophomore. He is still developing and so is the team but there will be a point where results will need to improve but that may not be this season.

Cardinal_FanParticipantI think its the injury, he doesnt seem 2 be attacking like he did last year, it could be coaches and management putting pressure on him 2 play becuz he does give them the best chance to win. But i do think they need to draft a point guard next year. If they could Kyrie Irving in Sacramento wut a backcourt for the future!!!!!

HitsterParticipantIrving alongside Evans would give the Kings a great backcourt going forward and with a big man like Cousins already on the roster then that would be a great core to build around. Udrich could be used best as a 6th man in due course also.

IndianaBasketballParticipantHe’s playing through plantar fasciitis.
He’s going to have to improve his jumper because teams are playing under the screen and packing the paint against him, forcing him to kick it out. It doesn’t look like he has as much space to drive this season as he did last season.

yaboymalParticipantdont worry he will adjust he’s very talented and will find away, he is also just coming back from an injury this reminds me a little bit of what people were saying about d rose last year remember when he came back from the ankle injury and guys were saying "oh look he cant play without ben gordon" "he needs to improve his jumpshot" and look at d rose now. bottom line is he will adjust whether he is still injured or not

Meditated StatesParticipantNeeds to work on his mid range game even more than his three. Should work on his turnaround jumper on the post and his pull up jumper coming off of picks.

OhCanada-ParticipantHe was overutilized as a rookie. Plain and simple, he was overused and now that Sacramento has more legit options he is not the beneficiary of all Sacramento;’s production. Wether this is better or not for the team remains to be seen, although Im sure its less of a beating on Evans and should be better for the long run.

OhCanada-ParticipantNot to mention the injury he is dealing with is very painful. Lebron James would be crying for his mommy and possibly crying for Delonte West if he had to play through plantar fasciitis.
