 No clue what N.Y. does draft night, not sure I’d call Ntilikina a good young PG.  I see a defensive minded backup in him, and if N.Y. thinks they can get a starter and potential star, they’ll do it.

 I don’t see him going past Orlando as if Hawks go elsewhere it will likely be one of Bamba, Luka or JJJ. I’d assume the rest of those 3 will likely then go 4th or 5th. So that puts him in Orlando’s lap.

Mocks have been hard to predict lately this mock especially. Everybody’s mock draft is all over the place. I really have no clue whats gonna happen come draft day. Youve got guys like Landry Shamet, Aaron Holiday killing workouts projected to go late 1st early 2nd round that I wouldnt be shocked seeing selected in the 14-20 range. 

I think Young’s range is 3-12 but he will most likely go 6-9. Dont think he will get past the Knicks but they are apparently in love with Lonnie Walker who fell to 20th in my mock.

Cleveland, Orlando, and the Clippers are the only team that need a point guard. It’s very possible Walker could go before Trae Young.

He’s streaky, talented, undersized…he could be Kyle Lowry or TJ Ford…The kind of player that would sell tickets here in NYC, but not get us many wins. It’s a tough call.

 Depends on the Variables:

Does Luka come over right away. If he does Trae will slide anywhere from 3-12 range most likely the Knicks,Magic,Clippers or Cavs as options.

Did Lebron ask the Cavs to bring him in?

Did Trae get word from his agent where teams are looking at taking him?

Did he have bad/average team workouts?

If even one of these were effected then this may have prompted the last minute workout.
