As deep as the guard rotation is for Portland, what will their roster look like between the guard spots? Who stays & who goes?

lol..thats a good question..becuz yesterday Patty Mills showed up at training camp..And made the decision of who stays and who goes alot harder..

i think Mills can be a decent backup in this league..i love the face that he’s feisty..

I THINK THATS A VERY GOOD QUESTION AND THERE ARE SOME PLAYERS IN PORTLAND THAT WOULD PROBABLY BE STARTERS ON OTHER TEAMS IN THE LEAGUE. FOR ONE RMON JOHNSON IS ONE OF THE MOST UNDERATED TALENTS ON THIS TEAM AND IN THE LEAGUE. HE SHOULD EASILY MAKE THE ROSTER. I SEE THIS KID AS A STARTER DOWN THE ROAD MAYBE EVEN EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. PATTY MILLS IS A PRETTY GOOD PLAYER BUT IM NOT TOO SURE HOW HIGH COACH MACMILLAN IS ON HIM

Jerryd Bayless, Aarmon Johnson, Wes Matthews, Andre Miller, Rudy Fernadez (?), Brandon Roy, Patty Mills and Elliot Willaims.

I think Miller and Roy are the obvious starts.

You paid Matthews all the money, so you would assume that he will get big minutes.

I would think Bayless would be the back up PG, but both Mills and Johnson have the talent and skills to challenge him.

No matter how you look at it, they will have quality players that won’t break into the heavy minutes.

Mills will get either cut or an add-on in a Fernandez deal. Rudy is going to be gone one way or another. The Pritchard apologists love praising his drafts, but they never account for how many millions of Paul Allen’s money he throw around to get so little. He spend millions to get picks they haven’t brought over. They spent $3 million to get a mopey backup shooting guard in Rudy Fernandez. They are trying to save face on this one, but they are asking for the kind of return that is far in excess of what he has done.
