    How about a trade surrounding Houstons Omer Asik for New Orleans Ryan Anderson? I get Asiks poison pill contract but this year he makes 5 mil, and next year balloons up to 15 mil. Ryan Andersons contract is around 8 mil which is respectable for a top 3 3pt leaders. Gives Pelicans a defensive center to pair with anthony davis because u got reke, jrue and eric gonna take the majority of the shots. and gives Houston a stretch 4 to pair with Dwight which they have played with before and succeeded. Just thought it would be a good fit for both squads who are looking to make noise this year, (I know they have Motie who might develop into a stretch 4 but Ryan Anderson is legit)

    I think Eric Gordon will be coming off the bench for the 6th man role…The Pelicans know that he wasn’t satisfied with staying with them and won’t be long term most likely.

    So this trade would give the Rockets a pf who compliments Dwight, and a C to compliment Davis.

    They don’t really need a big man anymore. They traded for Jeff Whitey and I think he’s ready and will surprise a lot of people. He can easily start next to Anthony Davis.
