Billups has a finals MVP too, there is no way that Rose, Harris and Rondo are above him. Rose has not won a playoff series, he is going to be a second year player next year. Harris can’t even lead his team to the playoffs. Billups gets traded midseason and doesn’t miss a beat with his new team, and gets them farther than they have ever gone in the playoffs. I think a grand total of 2 people even put him in the top 5. This site seriously underrates Billups.
