Arc12345ParticipantI definitely don’t view Murray as a 1 in the NBA, but you never know. Having Ulis below 3 just seems wrong to me. Same with Valentine at 6.

ph90702Stephen Zimmerman is a power forward. He’s most effective as a face up player.

Swim34061ParticipantNot sure about Felder or Jacobs are even drafted…I’d personally have Melo ahead of both unless you’re assuming he’s returning to school. Otherwise like the list.

Hype MachineSome ridiculously low rankings for Thon Maker.
Everyone is sleeping on his upside.
Newsflash….teams love upside.

Robb_CParticipantI think you fail to realize teams might be gunshy on Thon due to the fact he might have a low basketball IQ… I mean hes not going to college and was considering Arizona State (extremely liberal acceptance rate)

Hype MachineIm all-in on Maker. Do people still say ‘all-in’?
Anyways, by the end of his rookie deal his stock is going to be higher than a James Brown interview

OhCanada-ParticipantI think Cat Barber is a great PG prospect but I don’t view him as a traditional PG. He is more of a scoring one that can attack the basket with straight line drives and be a menace in the fast break. He reminds me of a bigger Dennis Schroeder. He has top tier quickness which is always an undervalued skill but he also has great elevation on his jump shot and can stop on a dime and pull up. He has that Russell Westbrook pull up with beautiful form and blinding quickness which should be enough to carve a role in the league.

OhCanada-ParticipantAlthough he plays at one pace and doesn’t quite have a change of pace and doesn’t make the players around him better like the best floor generals in the league should. In the right situation he could be a dangerous weapon

Robb_CParticipantLike I said let Cat Fall in Pops Lap.. He’ll turn him into a stud, Barber has all the tools you cant teach, and has all the potential in the world to mold him into a very solid PG.. No BS hes one of the steals in this draft..

ph90702Patrick McCaw is not a small forward. He is a two guard with some point guard skills, and he’s extremely undervalued in my opinion. I’m not just saying that because I’m a UNLV fan.

MattHoopsParticipantWould you want Jamal Murray starting on your team? I would love him for the T-Wolves coming off the bench to spell Rubio or LaVine. Although, I also believe that LaVine would, at best, be a 6th man type too.

BiggysmallsParticipantFrom a Wolves perspective, I’d want Murray or Dunn. Both guys would likely start out on that second unit. I don’t see Hield as a guy who can thrive like that. He’s a guy who it seems like will need his shots created for him. Off the bench I don’t see how that would work.
Murray is a little like that, but he’s got more shot-creating skills. I don’t see him as a point guard, but if he can at least break down after guys close out on him hard and find an open man, I’ll take it. My question though is how is he going to defend guys like Paul George, Jimmy Butler, DeRozan and some of the good wing scorers in the league. How is he defensively? Can he check that type of player?
