TRC1991ParticipantThe guy who we’re all predicting will go in the 12-20 range but will slip into the mid 30’s…who will surprise us all by slipping so far? last year it was hassan whiteside

royk927Participanta lot of these guys after the top three are considered to be projects. That being said it would surprise me if one of the international bigs took a slide. but if i had to pick id say Bismack. he to me is the biggest project (outside of defense). Some of the teams picking middle of the pack may be looking for imediate contributions on both ends.

JimmeredYaWabafetParticipantGoing off Aran’s mock, Klay Thompson and Davis Bertans could fall to the second round in that mid 30 range, also think Honeycutt will be taken by the Bulls or by some team late in the first round

natedogggParticipanti wouldnt say hassan whiteside was last years Blair.
Blair may have slipped to the second round but he contributed heavily for the spurs.
whiteside didnt even see the floor.

surveParticipantI dont think he meant as in what they did once they got to the league but how Whiteside was projected late lottery-mid 1st round and slipped out of the round. Most thought Whiteside would be off the board by the 15th pick.

surveParticipantits really hard to say, particularly in a so-called weak draft….it has to be someone that teams are really afraid of, someone who has serious question marks? who that has has the most question marks?

MagikKnickParticipantKenneth Faried alot of teams are shying away because of his size, and the combine didnt help, he was listed at 6’7, seems thought the’d come out at maybe 6’8, 6’9, but nothing changed, he was 6’7, 6’6 without shoes..i think if the Knicks pass on him at 17, he could be in for a long ride..

aamir543ParticipantI personally, would trade up to get Faried, (in the mid 20s) if he is still not there. He is an amazing rebounder, and that translates to the next level. He is a sure thing: get you 8 and 13 in his prime if he gets starters minutes.

TRC1991Participantnatedoggaus, you missed the point…it has nothing to do with their production once they got to the league, im just curious who everyone thinks will slip a significant amount that we all have going in the teens
