I think this years draft will rival 2000 as one of the worst drafts of all time. Thoughts?

Bmore_DCParticipantIve been really down on the draft this year, but if you look, it is pretty deep.
Players like Shabaaz, Olynck, Gobert, Dieng, and even Cody Zeller could wind up on some pretty solid teams. The best thing about ANY draft is you can get a lot of value because your adding young, cheap talent. You just have to draft right and trust your scouts.

mike_r232ParticipantTeams drafting 20-35 will be getting more value than normal. There are a lot of shooters and big men that could be available late that provide great value. I feel like this has been said a lot, but this draft is “bad” in the sense that there is no John Wall, Kyrie Irving, or Anthony Davis, but it is deep. There will be a lot of great rotation players taken. Normal draft years, a lot of teams would sell their late 1st round picks, I think this year, there will be more teams trying to get INTO the later part of the first round than trying to get OUT.

CavFanPRParticipantThis draft is clearly deeper than the 2006 draft, which is my opinion was worst than the 2000 draft.

I didn’t make a post on the .net until a few months after creating my account. I think that should be a new rule. It prevents new posters from putting up the most generic or ridiculous topics on a whim.
