This is exactly how free agency will play out – it will be a huge let down. This is the last year for the current CBA, and players want the money, especially if there is a lock out next season.

LBJ – Cleveland (loyalty)
Wade – Miami
Bosh – Difficult to call, Bryan Colangelo is finally doing something right, and is playing hard ball with Bosh. So he won’t do a S&T to Chicago without getting back Joakim, to Miami without Beasley and 1st round picks, to Houston with Scola and Martin, and to to New Jersey without Favors. Bosh wants his money and his extra year badly, and Ric Bucher on ESPN is reporting he wants it so badly he is considering resigning with Toronto(he will just demand a trade next season anyway.) So for now I’m saying the Knicks or Heat.
Amare – Bulls (Heat if they don’t get Bosh)
Joe Johnson – Atlanta (highest bidder)
Ray Allen – Celtics or Spurs (Yep)
Rudy Gay – Knicks
David Lee – Nets
Boozer – Heat or Bulls
Pierce – Celtics
Dirk – Mavs

I doubt the knicks let David Lee go to the Nets if they lose out on the other top free agents. Isaiah Thomas and Frank Layden aren’t around to let something that stupid happen…. at least that’s what I hope.

Churcboy why do you want Scola when the Raptors have 3 PF’s.Why not just take Battier Hill and picks?Martin is soft,a big contract and injury prone I’d much rather have Ariza (even though he took a swing at Derozan).

Also Colengelo is playing hardball but Miami is saying they wanna give a 17 Mil TE and 1 draft pick. I dont think BC will bite on that.So then the ball goes back over to Bosh (will he say “Miami you have to give more” or will he say “Forget the S$T Ill sign outright”?).I think Bosh will demand Miami gives more in return and the trade will be something like Chalmerts, Anthony a 15MIL TE and 2 1st rounders.Than Beasley will go to Washington or some silly place.
