R-Dot-13ParticipantIs anyone else very impressed with them?
Im impressed by the way Westbrook and Durant have been playing so far, and if it was today, Im sure they woul both be in ASG consideration.
They have a winning record in the west.. and Durant is playing like a superstar. Is anyone else impressed by them?

llperezThey are a well built team. Every body knows their role and plays it well. They have an unselfich pg and a superstar finisher in durant. Everyone else does their part and it shows on the court. They are a tough team for anybody.

Michael.S.Participantyup, llperez. Plus I really like the spark Harden provides off the bench, He will probably never be a star, or even an All-Star but his gave is solid in every area, put his playmaking skills are the most impressive asset to his game. But they need a legit bigman before they can go any further than the 1st round.

llperezyeah, Harden does 2 things great. He plays under control and makes great decisions. Second, he is a knockdown shooter when he gets his feet set. I don’t think he will ever be a star either, but he is the perfect fit to play alongside westbrook who is a more agrressive atheltic slasher type. They compliment each other well.

The8thDeadlySinParticipantThey need a big man. Not just any big man, a defensive big who isnt going to ask for many shots and will knock them down when asked to. Personally, I think if Curry has a resurgence, they should try to snag him with a 1 year contract. Another guy would be Chandler but Brown really likes him. If Bynum, for some reason, doesnt resign, he would also fit great. They just need one piece to be a great team. Whether the guy comes off the bench or he starts, they need a defender.

TRC1991Participantif the thunder can somehow get andrew bynum without losing a crucial piece to the puzzle, and james harden becomes a legit 3-point threat, imagine how evil that team could be…they would dominate people
Unselfish PG + Unselfish and talented glue guy + superstar= very good
all of those plus efficient big man = championship team

The8thDeadlySinParticipantThats the thing though. After they resign Green and Durant, what will they have left?
0 - Posted on: Wed, 12/02/2009 - 9:09pm #235263

llperezkeep in mind that bynum has 4 years left after this season with the lakers. If the thunder are gonna sign him like you guys are saying, they will be waiting until the summer of 2014.

The8thDeadlySinParticipantOh, good call. I thought Bynum only had 2 years left. My bad. Still, Chandler is a FA and really would fit well.
