Hello NBADraft.net forum, hope the summer is going well for you and that you have enjoyed watching the Olympics, basketball or otherwise. Wanted to tell you all about a new basketball podcast that my friend Dave DuFour created called the "That Guy Basketball Podcast". Dave is a skill development coach who has had experience coaching in Germany and now is a high school coach in Tucson.

He also was part of the Sports Business Classroom event during Las Vegas Summer League, which delved in deeply to the NBA salary cap, scouting and analytics. He has fantastic insight on many levels of basketball, along with bringing great ideas and creative concepts to the table to make for great basketball conversation.

The first episode featured Michael Schwartz, one of the charter member of the True Hoop network as editor of "Valley of the Suns" and now a sports content researcher for ESPN stats and information group, featured on shows like The Jump, Sports Center and Sports Nation. The second episode was myself and Dave talking about things such as the signing of Yi Jianlian, the Olympic quarterfinals, Olympic standouts, different thoughts on competing with the Warriors and we even threw in our thoughts on the Ryan Lochte saga.

If you are looking for a new basketball podcast, or just cannot get enough of them in general, than I think this is going to turn into a pretty fun one. We are hoping to record on a pretty consistent basis, with many different guests and hopefully even some you already know. Would be extremely greatful for feedback, any topics you feel we should discuss or constructive criticism.
